Great location, very quiet environment with lots of nature around, the charm of the cottage/accommodation is a dream, the check in went smoothly and quickly. We were traveling by motorcycle and for us it was simply a dream, on roads and activities from the accommodation. Very nice hostess, she took the time to give us information. We would be happy to book it again and again. 😊🙋🏼‍♀️

The host welcomed us super nicely, and showed and explained everything. There is a bun service and the host is always available as he and his wife live next door. The location is quiet and the overall complex with Koikarpfenteich and its own chickens that you can pet is very idyllic. Perfect for families but also for a cozy men's lap.

Quietly located, you can enjoy the great house with sauna and whirlpool and use the time to relax and for the family. Jaroslav quickly answered every question in advance and everything worked out great and was prepared for us as a large family. For the most necessary groceries, there was a supermarket (24/7) in the next town and, due to the proximity to Austria, we found a local butcher and baker with great products. We'd love to come back ... pure relaxation!

The Klause is a nature pure wellness oasis in a beautiful and secluded location. The hot tube and sauna are definitely worth booking. Matthias is a great host who is very helpful and spontaneously fulfilled wishes (garden shower, sauna aroma). The house and property still has so much potential and you can feel Matthias still has many plans and is open to improvements. What's good to know: House is completely self-sufficient via solar power. Only 3 cars are allowed to park at the house, other cars are 1 km away. Hot water is heated in the boiler with wood.

Our short vacation in Petra and Michael's vacation home was great all around. The equipment was great, everything your heart desires. We were three families who visited the house and our individual needs were already asked in advance. There was a lot of activity material for the children traveling with us - both indoors and outdoors. The surroundings are very beautiful and there is a lot to discover. Petra's tips on possible leisure activities with the children were also very valuable. It was a wonderful time and we felt very well taken care of. A great house with upscale amenities and very friendly landlords :-) Thank you!

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

Beautiful little cottage, if you want to enjoy nature, this is the place to be. You can do great hikes. Diana is super nice and helpful, we will be happy to come back!

We have been able to use this airbnb for 3 weeks. The many positive reviews actually speak for themselves. We have enjoyed. For those who love a beautiful quiet environment with a lovely nature that invites you to walk and/or mountain bike, this is "the place to be" In addition, you have a beautiful authentic (in my opinion) large German house located on a hill and that is equipped with all comforts. Enjoy the view from the balcony and the magnificent silence. Unfortunately, we residents of the Rotterdam area have not been used to this for years and will certainly miss it. Hans is a perfect host who responds quickly, kindly and adequately to any questions. His explanation of the route to follow, the intake and any other possibilities was clear. Too bad that a few important attractions (natural pool, toboggan run) in Grafenau were closed in late May, early June. It will not surprise you that I highly recommend the house, location and surroundings

despite we only had constant rain, we had a nice stay. Vladimir gave us tips for indoor activities. Communication was very nice. Nice view.

For all those who, like us (2 adults, 2 children, 2 dogs), are looking for peace and a beautiful landscape with forest and meadows, Lucie's cozy house is ideal. It is simple and functional, and we immediately felt very comfortable. With the dogs, we were quickly in the forest, and the pretty garden is conveniently fully fenced. Lucie is a very friendly hostess - thank you also for the fine chocolate! -, was always quickly accessible and very helpful. Thank you very much, Lucie! We highly recommend the house and would be happy to come back!

The house matched the description and photos. We had 2 dogs with us, so we really appreciated the children's gate between the hallway and the living room, as well as the fenced garden, where it was also possible to park. The host responded quickly and was very helpful and kind. Definitely recommend :)

we arrived a little later after some complications, this was no problem at all. We were warmly welcomed and immediately a tour with an explanation of everything. Everything was super clean and there was even some goodies to drink ready. We got some more fun tips for the area. We felt right at home. I requested the accommodation only in the afternoon of the same day. Hildegart immediately contacted us and was super spontaneous with the confirmation. Everything was very lovingly furnished and extremely clean. I was warmly welcomed and also warmly bid farewell. Hildegart's husband gave me a detailed tour of his passion, beekeeping. The apartment is quiet, but centrally located in the village. Great recommendation! I'll be back for sure!

The stay was excellent! The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for 8 people. The layout across two floors is very practical, and the location is peaceful and close to nature. We especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area. Thank you to the host for the great hospitality and smooth communication!

I had a great weekend with my 10 friends! The accommodation is super clean, everything that is needed is available and the hosts always helped immediately. The garden with the fire bowl and the whirlpool is super nice to sit outside together for a long time and relax until late in the evening. Unfortunately, the neighbors do not like loud groups. Shopping facilities are max. 10 minutes away by car and the beautiful Mattsee is 25 minutes away by car and the perfect excursion destination. always happy to come back!

beautiful inside and out, with lots of wood. Owner was responsive, friendly and helpful. Everything worked as described and we even received a reduction to the local wellness location and they drove us to the station at end of our stay. Lovely.
