Holiday rentals with a patio in Havelange

Nice comfortable house with lots of space for us four to chill out for a few days. Having to find parking space for our car was difficult but we managed between side streets and paid carparking which added to the cost of our stay. Overall we were very happy with the house. Thku.

We had a wonderful stay for two nights. Good location, everything at a good distance. Opposite the apartment, there is a good bakery and other necessities. Parking space in front of the door. The apartment was nice, spacious and bright! Also a nice terrace to sit on in good weather.

Julie is very responsive and accommodating. We were very satisfied.

Very nice apartment with great views. We ordered breakfast, which was really good and hearty. The exchanges with FineNest were very clear, friendly and sufficiently responsive for everything to go smoothly. We recommend this place: there are very good restaurants in Esneux and beautiful hikes to do in the area.

The accommodation is in a quiet area of Louvain-la-Neuve, near the lake and perfect for relaxing and unwinding after working at the university or anything. The terrace is very pleasant and it was a wonderful stay to enjoy the calm and advance in my academic research.

Second time we went there, everything went very well. Frying stove on at check-in. We enjoyed the hot tub. See you very soon certainly.

Great 3 day stay at Véronique's. The place is very quiet . It was very nice to enjoy the beautiful garden and the Nordic bath.

We had a really pleasant stay at this Apartment. Laurence is a really nice and friendly host. The Apartment is nice and cozy and exactly how she described it. We really enjoyed staying at the pool. What an amazing place to stay! Right on the Meuse river. Brilliant. The property itself is lovely, internet is good, tvs with Netflix etc in all rooms. Just a note that you do need own sheets or costs extra. This was somewhat lost in translation for us. Host was brilliant. Helpful and responsive. Note that finding the property can be a bit difficult as it’s not on a road but a bike path. But you will figure it out :) Would love to stay here again, was excellent.

What a great place to relax! We have enjoyed the space inside, the garden, the jacuzzi, and the sauna with friends and the kids!

Very friendly welcome from Bert, we had a very nice weekend with our children and grandchildren in the neat, cozy cottage with everything. Highly recommended for those of nature, hiking, tranquility and like to be together with family or friends.

We loved our stay! The home is beautiful. Great location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Sitting by the river, at the end of the street, was a real treat.

For a first BnB experience, I was not disappointed at all. Sergio is a friendly, smiling host, always at your disposal and with whom you could talk to for hours. The apartment is clean, close to shops and in a very quiet area of the city. The only small shadow on the board (but which is totally independent from Sergio) is the hardship of opening the locks. We can sometimes spend several minutes there before being able to open one of the 2 mandatory doors to access his home. It is urgent that the building owner intervenes. With that, I have a beer to drink with Sergio soon

Faye is a very welcoming, very responsive and helpful host. The listing is as described The presence of the garage is a plus The only small downside is the equipment of the accommodation which seems a little empty I recommend it!
