You can walk Black Combe and be rewarded with stunning views, or try wakeboarding, sea fishing or go horse riding on the beach.

Relax and enjoyed our cabin, it’s deck and hot tub or sit in the orchard and watch our hens. During winter when our smallholding settles down awaiting spring it’s a great base to explore the area. You will be the only guests and have the ten peaceful acres to yourself. You may bring One dog for a small fee.

It offers a cosy lounge with log burner, dining room and kitchen area formed around a staircase with a half landing to a modern bathroom. There’s a king bedroom with en-suite and a twin room both with stunning views towards Muncaster Fell. The 4 person hot tub and private lawned garden. High speed satellite internet.

The Tractor House

A family run upside down house on a working farm just outside the Lake District. The Tractor House is situated in the farm yard amongst families with small children playing. Expect laughter, fun and friendly farm dogs. Lovely views from the open plan kitchen/living area, footpaths in the fields right on your doorstep to neighbouring villages and the coast. Fresh farm eggs available from our 16 happy, free range hens.
