We recently stayed at a delightful Airbnb in Pahoa, Hawaii, and it was an absolute dream! The house was exactly as described – truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality by our hosts. They even gave us a lovely tour of their lush gardens, which was a delightful surprise.The home itself was equipped with everything we could possibly need. We had an abundance of towels, linens, and cooking supplies, making our stay comfortable and convenient. Staying here truly enhanced our Hawaiian vacation, and we couldn't be more grateful for the experience. Highly recommend this charming place to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Pahoa!

This cozy cute apartment with a fun balcony sitting area is in a great location. Christopher sent us some great restaurant and activity recommendations. It is close to down town and numerous parks and beaches. My husband enjoyed running in the estuary park next to the condo. The little pond with ducks running through the place was so cute. The apartment is on the third floor and little ways from the parking lot. We had a great stay and fun first time visiting Hilo.

I love the Airbnb, have everything you need for you to feel your in home. The parking lot is so dark at night there is not light but after that everything is perfect.

We were very happy with our studio! Very clean , surrounded by beautiful plants and tons of different flowers. We had our dog with us and she had fun too. Being able to do our laundry was a great benefit and blessing. Jacob was very friendly nice and knowledgeable. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Truly an oasis! Dana and Gregory are wonderful hosts and Rivendell was one of our favorite Air BnB stays. The apartment was spotless and well-stocked, the bed was so comfortable, and the hot tub was very well-maintained and heated quickly. Now for the best part! The landscaped property and waterfall made for peaceful mornings and restful evenings. We wished we were staying longer. Mahalo for the perfect weekend stay! We will be back!

Our family had a wonderful stay here. It's very peaceful in a quiet neighborhood. We spent a lot of time on the big deck enjoying the wildlife and flowers everywhere. It's a great place to stay for a visit to Hilo and Hawaii Volcanoes National Park among other things. The host was very proactive and took great care of us! We'd definitely stay here again in the future.

My family and I enjoyed the amenities, cozy home, and thoughtful touches of the host. They were very responsive and helpful every step of the way with pictures and descriptions from check-in to check-out. I loved the house and can’t wait to go back soon!

Loved this place and Kaleo as a host! We stayed here for our son’s college graduation and it was perfect. Its location is near everything with a beautiful view out back. The house is spacious and has so many items in the kitchen - serving pieces, cooking utensils, pans and spices. It was perfect for hosting our family one evening. It is on a busy street and the airport is across the road, but it didn’t bother us. At night it was just white noise. The back deck was our favorite location. It is huge with a great view of the park and water. Kaleo was so nice, texting to make sure we were comfortable and even gave us a late checkout after graduation. Thanks!

Simone's place was exactly as described. We appreciated the welcome gifts and local recommendations. The home was well stocked for common items and very walkable to downtown Hilo.

Great location and available amenities for our party of 6. We would definitely stay at Julie’s place again whenever we are near Hilo.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Betty’s house located in a peaceful neighborhood with an old Hawaii country feel. A perfect location & close to Hilo town. The house was clean & well stocked with everything we needed from coffee to laundry soap. The beds were comfy & the many ceiling fans cooled the rooms. The second shower & toilet under the house was a little quirky, but with 4 adults, much appreciated & even private. The short hike to the beach at the end of the road was an adventure you don’t want to miss. I would definitely stay here again!

Denise and Brian were extremely accommodating and friendly. We appreciate all the recommendations. And love all the detailed signs around the home, answering any and all possible questions. My friends will 100% be looking to book with them in the future. The property is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places I’ve ever stayed. Very well kept. My favorite Airbnb stay ever!

Genes place was very clean,and comfortable. lots of space and nice kitchen area. ceiling fan is a life saver as it can get warm but everything worked great and the the view from the balcony is nice over looking the pool with all the greenery. Mahalo to Gene and O'hana!

Awesome place and responsive host. Right on Carl Smith Beach Park, which is beautiful. Balcony is screened which cuts down on bugs, place and was super clean with thoughtful beach supplies that made our stay much more comfortable.

This place was fabulous. Everything I had hoped it would be and more. The cove right at the condo was amazing. We walked out at night and got see the turtles. My favorite place so far. The host was awesome too. Hope we get to come back here someday.

Maggie was very responsive and helpful. She had great recommendations and was flexible when I needed to add a night to my trip. The room has a great location and the balcony was amazing. It was very clean the bed was comfy and the fan combined with the AC kept it very cool. The pool was really big and had fresh water which makes a big difference. Overall a great experience A+ Mahalo Maggie!

A very nice, cozy apart. Very good location, 5 mins drive to the beach and shopping center around. 45 mins drive to the volcano NP and we saw the episode 23 eruption. Krista and Ala always responds very quicknd helpfu.

Linda is a wonderful host and has done excellent work in making this ground level studio unit clean and comfortable for guests. The condominium community is a little on the tired side, much like the town of Hilo, but it was lovely to come back after a day of jungle and volcano adventures to a clean shower and comfortable place to put our feet up. Also, the coffee that was left as a welcome gift was delicious! Thank you again Linda for your clear entry instruction and directions to the unit and very reasonable checkout / cleaning list. We truly enjoyed our stay at Qin's place in Hilo. It was a lovely spot for our night there. Although there wasn't any air conditioning, the fans made it manageable and we felt comfortable overall. The location was incredibly convenient for exploring the area, with easy access to shopping and dining. Qin’s co-host, Mandy, was absolutely fantastic, ensuring that our check-in and check-out experience went smoothly. Every aspect of the space felt unique and special, and we genuinely look forward to returning when we come back to Hilo.

Beautiful views of the lagoons, ocean, volcano and jungle forest firm thus corner unit. Access to Carlsmith Park and lagoons was about 209 yards. Swam with a Honu on the first day I arrived and enjoyed snorkeling in the protected lagoon. The lack of air conditioning was nit a problem in April as the breeze was lovely. The location was a 10’ drive to downtown and very close to the airport. There were a few things missing, like pepper and hair conditioner, but easily obtained. Mindy was the in site manager of the unit and she was very responsive. She was able to download Hawaii News Now so that we could watch the Merrie Monarch competition live. I would definitely stay here again in the Sprung, Fall ir Winter, though I would guess summer might be a bit warm without air conditioning.
