Beachfront holiday rentals in Hawaiian Ocean View Estates

Stuart's place is truly home away from home. Every little detail so well thought out, you won't find yourself stepping out to stock up on essentials, be it in the kitchen or bathroom. Be it towels, beach chairs/mats or toys, everything is sanitized and available to borrow. Stuart was very accommodating of my request for early check in, which is a blessing when traveling with a toddler. He even had a high chair ready for us. We enjoyed our evenings in the lanai, and I can't wait to be back soon. Thank you, Stuart.

This 1 bedroom apartment has everything I needed for a long term stay: an equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, WiFi, cable/Roku TV, comfortable furnishings, a lanai with a view, and designated parking. The pool at the complex was excellent for daily swims. The ocean-front location of the complex provided beautiful sunset views.

Was better than booking with the hotel directly. You can see manta rays feeding at night right from the hotel. Waking distance to manta ray dive operators.

The unit was just as pictured. Nice view from the balcony and good location. Fruit stand right across the street. Magic sands beach down the street is nice spot to hangout. Fully equipped kitchen. Friendly neighborhood. Close to the airport. We loved our stay 🙂

This was a great place to stay, lots of activities, room was clean and easily accessible. Definitely recommend anyone who is on vacation or staycation to enjoy this place.

Jason’s condo is one of the nicest, most comfortable/convenient places that we’ve ever stayed. Centrally located with all of the amenities of home. We’re already talking about returning there sometime in the future. Jason is a 10+ communicator and just an all around great person. The condo was worth every penny that we paid for it!

Beth was a terrific hostess! She always responded warmly to us. Her home and lanai are amazing! And the EASY walk to Manini Beach was the huge cherry on top. Thank you Beth for the use of all the beach toys and snorkel gear!!

We loved this sweet little cottage for the location, size, and accommodation. We had most things at our fingertips and made for a wonderful stay to enjoy our mornings and evenings between excursions. You can easily cook meals at home or walk to nearby establishments. The interior was slightly aged and could use a deep clean but overall fantastic place. Heidi was extremely responsive and was very accommodating. The house came with fun things you could borrow; snorkeling, fishing poles, beach chairs, beach mats & umbrellas, life jackets, handy cooler and picnic tables + chairs. Highly recommended!! We’ll be back :)

We had our dream vacation and can only recommend renting this particular condo. It felt like a home away from home the minute we stepped inside, and we'll remember those quiet morning coffees on the lanai, listening to the ocean, forever. Christine's condo is exactly as promised in the photos - what you can't sense from the photos, but should definitely treat yourself to, is the warm atmosphere of the condo. Here you borrow someone's home, and not just a random condo. Enjoy the perfect sunsets from the lanai, the fragrances from the garden, and enjoy the cool breeze through the condo, if you let the windows stay open. It is pure magic to sit at Queen's Bath, both in the morning and at night, and listen to the waves break. We only met incredibly friendly neighbors - and the friendliest staff at the nearby Ali'i Gardens Market. We wish, we could have stayed much longer and dream of coming back someday to sit on that lanai and watch the waves and drink Kona coffee

Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home on the ocean! We enjoyed watching the surfers and sunset daily from the lanai or floor to ceiling windows, the sound of the ocean waves so rhythmic and calming. The condo is quiet, the pool and hot tub are great after a day of exploring. The kitchen was decently stocked to prepare daily meals and the condo was clean and well taken care of. The location was excellent, close to town/restaurants in one direction and beaches for snorkeling and picnicking in the other direction. Jennifer had snorkeling equipment, boogie boards and picnic coolers available for our use. We also had a designated, covered parking spot with secure, but easy access to condo. A wonderful stay! I hope our family can return again one day!

The view!!! It’s probably one of the best on the island!! GORGEOUS sunsets! Falling asleep to the sound of the ovean, amazing! Don’t be put off by the aged exterior of the condo building. When you step inside, the unit is immaculate and equipped with everything you need! Including beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear etc…We had a problem getting the tv on and Barry called us with the service provider on the line and walked us through. We felt so at home and comfortable. There is a great restaurant and bar downstairs which we frequented. And the access to the beach was so nice. We would definitely stay again. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you Barry and Terry!

Lovely place to stay - very quiet, beautiful grounds and pool, and very close to the shops and restaurants on Ali’i Drive. We loved the little beach with a front row view of the sunset, and the lanai was a perfect place for morning coffee or evening wine.

Lovely and spacious apartment with the most beautiful views. It was all very clean with all amenities including beach towels. Dani was very responsive and gave lots of great tips and advice. They also made sure we were settled and comfortable, which I thought was very kind.

We loved staying here! The bed in the bedroom is comfortable, the pullout sleeper wasn’t terrible (for what it is), bathroom and towels were wonderful, and we saw sea turtles from the lanai!

Chad’s home was a wonderful. First of all he was great with communication. We were desperate because our original Airbnb reservation, the host never gave us the code to enter the home and never responded until a half hour before the original check in. Luckily with the Airbnb customer service help, we found Chad’s home. It was so relaxing waking up every morning to the water watching the surfers as we had our coffee. In the afternoon we took the best naps listening to the waves crash. The bed was so comfy, well stocked kitchen and lots of beach things like chairs, towels and coolers. We can’t thank Chad enough for the perfect Hawaiian stay!

The condo was as described. The kitchen had a lot of condiments and cooking supplies, everything you would need to make a meal and breakfast each morning. Lots of beach towels, lots of extra blankets, lots of extra linens. Location itself was super close to downtown Kona and it happens to be adjacent to a well-known surf spot, so you can watch the surfers each morning from your balcony. Beds are comfortable.

This was my second stay here. Condo has been updated beautifully since my last stay in 2022. Stephen and Amber go above and beyond with extra touches. Felt very at home!

The apartment was beautiful! The view was exactly as the photo depicted. The place was organized, clean, and was supplied with almost everything and anything we needed. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Perfect place for our family of six spanning three generations. Great spot to explore the south and east side of the island. Volcano Nat Park was close by and Hilo definitely is a foodie paradise! More rain equals more vegetation and beautiful flora and fauna. Brian’s place manages to incorporate the amenities of modern luxury living with the surrounding natural wonders seamlessly.

The bungaloha was an little piece of paradise. As soon as we stepped in, we felt at home! The place is really big, clean and the view is absolutely amazing. It's right by the swimming hole and we had fun snorkeling there, we even saw a pod of dolphins one morning, from the deck. The hosts were very responsive and kindly granted us a late check in. The place is so peaceful and beautiful, perfect to relax. I totally recommend.

Annette is an amazing host! Beautiful condo with comfortable character. Huge lanai! Right in front of pool, with ocean behind that. Assigned parking space close to unit. I’m mobility impaired and require a cane. 5 steps into the unit then level. Walk in shower with small ledge. 2+ butt kitchen nicely appointed. Basics are there. Spices etc. They have beach items and chests. Thoughtful welcome basket with wine and Hawaiian snacks. Maps and list of places to go or eat. We are well people and the Brita was very welcome. Thoughtful touches were everywhere! Towels, sunscreen, etc. second bedroom has option of King or 2 twins. Annette had it set for our boys. We immediately settled in for our 12 day stay! I spent a lot of time in the pool between excursions. It was clean and well tended. Nice neighbors! Pool is 8am-8pm. This is a quiet chill place. If you’re looking for loud and crazy, it’s not for you. If you want relaxing amazing place with friends & family, this is the spot! Mahalo!

Very responsive, and kind! Loved my stay at this Airbnb, the weather wasn’t that great for my visit but the Airbnb made it better! View was great, looked just like the pictures!

We enjoyed our stay at Kal's. Great ocean and sunset views from the balcony. Easy to find, great location and lots of free parking. Within 5-10 min walk to downtown Kona where there are lots of eateries. Also within walking distance to a nearby beach. There is also a washer and dryer with the unit. It's awesome having clean clothes for our trip home.

Randall's place was amazing - starting with the views! It doesn't get any better in Hilo. The home was beautiful with a picture window that looked out into the ocean. It was such a dream - not to mention that Randall accommodated us at short notice! The home was super spacious, with three spacious bathrooms for each room. If you love old Hawaiian charm - this is it! If you love an amazing view and amenities that go above and beyond - this is it! Mahalo nui Randall for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home! We will definitely be back!
