Everything was exceptional. Pristine premises with lots of room. Beds were cozy, bathrooms spotless. Everything you could think of was readily available. We did not use the pool and facilities but looked very nice. Easy to find and the property provides ample privacy. Amazing and if in the area would rent again.

Great stay so homey and comfortable has everything we needed staying with two little girls ! Having laundry and kitchen made everything so convenient ! Close to so many things to do was the best vacation we’ve been on would definitely love to come back . Clean and organized everything was easy to find ! Great amenities pool ect !

The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

This is a beautiful, brand new, and pristine house. The location is perfect, close to Meredith. It’s a very short drive to Fun Spot and a close walk to the neighborhood beach. Very clean and modern. A great stay!

We have rented from Patricia at this location over the last few years. The home was great for our annual family getaway at Tenney mountain. There were great skiing/snowboarding conditions and of course the snow tubing run was fun for all. The house was clean comfortable and made us feel at home along with all of the amenities and beautiful views of the mountains. We will definitely be back next year to enjoy another fun weekend!! This is our extended family's third visit to Windy Peaks, so that speaks to how much we enjoy the place. It is a very comfortable house in a beautiful setting that easily accommodates our family of 7 adults and 4 kids. Depending on the weather, we've enjoyed playing pickleball, ping pong, pool and board games; the very nice playground; sledding; fire pit; and skiing at nearby Ragged Mountain. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of room for multiple cooks to work their magic. (It is on a mountain top so can get windy, though, thus "Windy Peaks".)

This is an absolutely fantastic home base to explore the NH lakes region as well as eastern VT! Jesse was an amazing host. He was super helpful and offered a myriad of hiking and dining suggestions well in advance of our stay, and even offered an earlier check-in time! The directions were easy to follow, surrounding location exactly as-described, and check-in was a breeze. Inside: The home itself was very well appointed, including a lot of really fun games! We loved how the focal point of the main gathering space was a great table rather than a TV. Excellent idea!! Plenty of space for our family of 5 including 3 older teens. Outside: The deck was lovely, and the neighbors waved to us when we passed, which made us feel right at home. Super close to Newfound Lake, and Squam too- if you want to see where “On Golden Pond” was filmed! :) Odysea was great for coffee and a quick breakfast, and Hannaford is super close for groceries. So sad to be leaving. Don’t miss this treasure!

We lucked out with a beautiful week! We spent our week hiking, the dogs loved “swimming” in the river. We loved everything there was to do in the house, we never had nothing to do! Everything in the house was absolutely spotless. Derek was great at communicating and recommended great spots around the area. Definitely bring lots of mosquito and tick spray! We all loved the fire-pit and the hot tub at night. Overall, it was the relaxing getaway that we all needed! The couches and the bed were extremely comfortable as well, which is always a plus!

The location was quiet and private. Wish we had more time to sit on the porch and relax, it was so nice. The house was impeccably clean and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen was nicely stocked with pans, utensils, etc. the house was comfortable and in good condition.

We had such a lovely time at Ryan’s! The house was very charming and private. Ryan is a very helpful and responsive host!

Devin’s place was the perfect weekend getaway for my fiancé’s birthday! The cabin was very cozy & cute. Our favorite was the wood burning stove to heat the place! Gorgeous views of the woods behind. It was exactly what we were looking for! I recommend Devin’s place!

We had a great stay at Brandon’s place. The house is cozy and clean, and the location right on the lake made it really special. We grilled every night, used the kayaks during the day, and hung out by the fire pit in the evenings. It was super quiet and peaceful, and the view from the dining table made board games and meals even better. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole space just had a really relaxed, homey feel. Brandon was easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly. It was a great spot to unplug and enjoy some time by the water — we’d definitely come back.

It was the perfect place to stay for my bridesmaids and their spouses. We really had the best time, it was extremely beautiful and clean, and our host was so lovely and friendly - she even left us a bottle of champagne for the special occasion. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area!

What a cute place! This was the perfect spot for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary. It was so relaxing on the back deck and being literally on top of the water was so cool. The inside has a great view of the water all around as well. Very cute inside and Mandi was a great host. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place with a mountain view like no other! Much needed peace and quiet.. Very affordable and Judith is a wonderful host. Very responsive to my messages. I will definitely be looking for availability next time I'm in town! Thanks for being so accommodating!
