Nice place, exactly as presented, friendly host

I was there for 5 weeks. The view is very nice and you have your privacy. On foot you can get to a large shopping center quite quickly, there is everything your heart desires. In general, you can get by very well on foot. I didn't test the public transport. The host is very friendly and easy to talk to. He had offered to take me on a hike, which I also enjoyed. He gave plenty of tips on what to do in the area but also tips for longer trips. All in all, a very great 5 weeks.

A nice, well-equipped house with a great patio. A quiet residential area without traffic. A very good alternative to staying in a hotel.

A really peaceful and beautiful retreat. I visited here for a restful weekend and it did not disappoint. Really quiet and private, I really enjoyed the hot tub which had lovely views of trees and the sunset in the evening. The decor was beautiful, just like the photos. Easy to check in and out. You really will need a car as it is remote which is perfect for peace and quiet. Thank you.

This place is an experience, and worth driving a good detour to reach. You travel back in time, while having all the facilities you need. Personally, I always feel extra welcome when towels are provided as they were here - small details that mean a lot. Places are, as I said, a little off the beaten track, it is quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended to others.

I booked the place for my husband and son.. They are fishermen,so it was convenient for them that the place was close to the water. When it comes to the house,they were also very satisfied,because the kitchen was fully equipped. During the cold weather, they were able to flood. Everything worked as it should and, moreover, they slept well. Communication with the hosts was great. Thank you very much for a beautiful and extraordinary experience.

Our stay at Olga’s place was absolutely incredible! The apartment was spotless, fresh-smelling, and truly cozy we instantly felt at home. It’s been a long time since we’ve enjoyed a trip this much. The location is beautiful and peaceful, and the place has everything you might need. Olga was kind and flexible, Communication was smooth and easy throughout. We were passing through to the Northern parts of Norway, but glad we came to rest here. Close to history of the Olympics, ski area, gondolas were running, and close to groceries, restaurants and electric charging. The apartment was perfect for our needs and we were able to comfortably recharged for our continued journey.

Marte's apartment was fantastic in every way. The best thing was undoubtedly the enchanting view, but other pluses were the size and planning of the accommodation. Overall, we are super happy and can highly recommend the apartment. On the way there, we had the pleasure of getting to know the sheep and lambs along the way, and on the way back, we saw a moose.

Ingvar responds quickly to messages. It was clean and tidy, as well as beds made. Ingvar gave good instructions on where and how to find it. Easy placement of waste on the outside, as well as easy parking for cars in the area. Great stay

It went very well. The accommodation is nice and in a peaceful environment. Hege is very welcoming, we highly recommend.

We felt right at home. The house is beautifully situated above Favang with a great view. We were greeted nicely and had everything we needed. Communication with Julia was excellent. We had enough wood for the stove to make ourselves comfortable. We were able to spend a nice week skiing. For cross-country skiing, Hafjell is better suited and also only 30 minutes away. We will be happy to come back.

Knut and Mina's apartment was clean, cozy and tidy, and corresponded to the pictures. It was perfect for two people. There were good instructions on how to find your way, and the stay in general.

We had a lovely stay at Morten and Patrick’s apartment. The apartment was spotless, modern and had lots of great amenities which we really appreciated. Morten and Patrick are great host, very friendly and responsive. The location is great with an amazing view over Oslo and easy to walk or get the tram into town. Absolutely perfect location, extremely close to central Lilyhammer, and close to super markets as well. Fully equipped and cosy apartment with a really nice view. Will be happy to stay again!

Nina’s place is centrally located and very easy to get to. The apartment is clean, comfortable and has a lovely balcony with views. Nina is a super friendly host and picked us up from the train station and gave us lots of tips around the city. I highly recommend Nina’s place for people visiting Oslo.

Fantastic apartment and fantastic view. Simple and fast communication, very flexible since I needed to extend the stay by one day. Clean everywhere, lovely bedding and a luxury bathroom! A really good experience! Thank you to the host.

Torstein’s house was the perfect city home for our short trip in Oslo. It was so cute, and it was conveniently located to the T-bana. Torstein was super clear in his instructions and it made check in a breeze. There were also a ton of good restaurants nearby.

The neighborhood was very nice, the kitchen was well equipped, and the decor was stylishly decorated (el. candles, small floor lamps, books, etc.). The owners are very friendly and 100% helpful - so absolutely recommended. Our car was damaged on arrival and the owners immediately phoned, wrote and communicated until they found someone who agreed to repair our vehicle for the onward journey on a Saturday evening on the holiday weekend. This is definitely not a matter of course and deserves to be rewarded. For this reason and because everything else was great, we definitely give the accommodation 5*
