Der Check-In war unkompliziert und alle wichtigen Informationen waren super aufbereitet. Das Highlight sind der Ausblick über das Wasser und die Terrasse, von der aus man über eine Leiter direkt in den See gelangt. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal dort und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr modern eingerichtetes Appartement, mit schöner Lage.

Laura and her husband Arjan were the perfect hosts! Arjan served us breakfast each morning which included a basket of fresh bread, fruits and cheese. Arjan provided us with great recommendations and most especially - showed us how to use the tram system! It is a lovely apartment and they made us feel very welcome.

Do not hesitate to go there! It is the perfect getaway! Everything is well thought, well decorated, we felt so quickly at home and at peace. There are some houses and neighbours around the house but you might only see them when you arrive and leave. The place is private and quiet. The view is exactly like the picture, we spent evenings looking at the sky, the birds, the rabbits and the cows. A great place 😊

Wir hatten tolle Tage in Lemmer. Die Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich und direkt im Zentrum gelegen! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent emplacement, nous avons quasiment tout fait à pied. Rue et canal très calmes, environnement agréable. Hôte toujours disponible, réactif et très sympa. Je valide et recommande.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad! Het appartement ligt in een rustige en natuurlijke omgeving, is smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles was brandschoon en goed verzorgd. De locatie is ideaal: je bent zo in Harlingen en Franeker. Ympkje is een ontzettend vriendelijke en attente host, die altijd klaarstaat. We voelden ons direct welkom. Een absolute aanrader! --- Laat het me weten als je nog iets wilt aanpassen qua toon of lengte.

Fantastic apartment, really clean and comfortable in a great neighbourhood: peaceful but walking distance to everything you could need. Loes and Fokke are wonderful hosts, warm and helpful- we had a brilliant few days exploring the city from the perfect base.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad ondanks dat het weer wat tegen zat. De accommodatie is compleet en van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed bed, complete keuken, heerlijke douche. Ligging in de natuur. Heerlijk weekend in Dwarsgracht, ondanks de regen We hebben een fantastisch weekend gehad in het vakantiehuisje op de Dwarsgracht, ondanks dat het weer niet altijd meewerkte. Het huisje was comfortabel en gezellig, en de ligging is prachtig — zelfs met regen is het genieten in deze omgeving. Wat het verblijf echt bijzonder maakte, was de gastvrijheid van Eva. Ze was ontzettend relaxed en open, ook met onze beestenbende. We voelden ons meteen welkom en op ons gemak. Het is zo fijn als je ergens komt en merkt dat je niet alleen getolereerd wordt, maar echt gezien en gewaardeerd. Dank je wel Eva, voor je warmte en gastvrijheid! We komen graag nog eens terug — hopelijk met wat meer zon de volgende keer. 🌦️🐾

Tolle Wohnung, sehr schön eingerichtet. Es war nicht eine der üblichen sehr cleanen anonymen Ferienwohnungen, sondern einfach ein Zuhause.

The perfect pad for two in a really beautiful part of Amsterdam - central and easy to walk to everything but quiet at night and a lovely friendly atmosphere. Mati was great and really easy to get hold of, ask questions etc. I would highly recommend this stay.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Airbnb! Das Haus war genauso, wie auf den Fotos – sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Aussicht aufs Wasser, das hat den Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Auch kleine Extras wie ein Willkommensgruß und lokale Tipps waren eine schöne Überraschung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Haus absolut weiterempfehlen!

Een mooi, modern afgewerkt afgelegen huisje aan het water. Super mooi in de natuur, reeën en hazen zie je lopen. Aan de andere kant water. Mooi om te fietsen, naar de stad te gaan. Keuken heeft alles, fijne douche. Schone kamers met fijne bedden.

Nach einem langen Tag in Amsterdam haben wir die Ruhe in Broek in Waterland bei Haico sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gemütlich und bietet alles, was wir gebraucht haben: ein bequemes Bett, eine saubere Dusche und eine gut ausgestattete Küche, in der wir unser Frühstück zubereiten und abends kleine Mahlzeiten wie Pasta oder Sandwiches machen konnten. Die Lage ist ideal, um schnell nach Amsterdam zu gelangen, und die Busverbindung ist sehr gut.

Diana war sehr freundlich und hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage besticht durch Zentrumsnähe und die Ausstattung entsprach der Beschreibung vollkommen und hatte einen hohen Standard. Wir würden hier jederzeit wiederkommen.

Die Wohnung Zwaluw hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht vom großen Balkon. Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich, um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht und herzlich. Bei längerem Aufenthalt wurden Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausgetauscht und Restmüll entsorgt. Somit ausgesprochen empfehlenswert. Gern wieder liebe Grüße Sabine und Andreas.

This apartment was amazing for our quick trip to Amsterdam. The location is perfect—right on one of the main canals and walkable to everything. Helena was such a gracious host and gave us some great recs for vintage shopping, drinks, and eats. The space was well appointed and she was so flexible with our arrival and departure times. I would 100% recommend this place and would stay here again on a future visit.

Das Haus liegt in einer wunderschönen und ruhigen Umgebung. Es ist für Naturliebhaber leicht zu erreichen und dennoch nur 25 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum Amsterdams entfernt. Wir vermissten lediglich eine größere Spüle zum Abwaschen des Frühstücksgeschirrs. Insgesamt war es aber eine sehr sympathische Erfahrung.

Het was super leuk. De accommodatie ligt prachtig gelegen met een uniek uitzicht op het IJsselmeer. Daardoor ook constant frisse lucht, wind, geruis van het water. Wij vonden dat heerlijk. Aan de dijk ook een strandje om te zwemmen. Goede bedden, prima keuken en douche, fijne huiskamer om heerlijk te relaxen. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen vakantie is er aanwezig. Ook is er voor de hond gedacht. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug.

We had a great stay! Hugo was easy to contact, gave us many local recommendations, and easy to follow directions. The place was clean, had a great view, and is on a quiet street. Location was great, very walkable to all of the main tourist attractions. We were worried about not having a tv but didn’t miss it. Just a heads up to people in the U.S.-bring wash cloths to Europe. All 3 of the Airbnb’s that we stayed at did not provide them. I read that they consider it a personal item, like a toothbrush, and expect you to bring your own. Thank you Hugo!

Voor een fantastisch verblijf middenin Groningen is deze plek echt aan te raden! Dichtbij het prachtige park waar je zo in wandelt op de hoek van de straat en tegenover het pand beginnen de winkels en het bruisende stadsleven. Het verblijf is van alle gemakken voorzien. Er ligt een super leuk boek klaar met wat historie over het appartement en de eigenaren en allemaal tips voor elk moment van de dag. Dat bezorgd een warm welkom! De kamers zijn netjes en gezellig, aan alles is gedacht. Echt een top verblijf! Karin reageert super snel op vragen en je aanvraag. Echt een aanrader!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay in Lily’s place. Tastefully decorated in blue and white, new bathroom, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, good welcome and instruction leaflet in several languages, great balcony and view of the IJsselmeer and your own parking spot in the back. If you don’t have children I wouldn’t stay in this area during the school holidays as it will be busy and noisy. Now it was perfect, quiet and peaceful and would definetely recommend staying in this lovely apartment.

We enjoyed staying at Fleur’s apartment. It is very close to a tram stop which made it easy to get around, and it was well situated between the main areas of the city, making it a good base to explore from. The apartment was nice - it had everything we needed for a couple days in the city. The only thing to note is that the stairs within the apartment (from living area to bedroom) are narrow and steep, but this seems quite typical of stairs in this area- the same was true of stairs in restaurants in the area. Overall we had a great stay and I would stay there again!
