Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Heemskerk

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le logement est très confortable, agréable à vivre et parfaitement équipé. Il est idéalement situé, à seulement 15 minutes d’Amsterdam. L’arrêt de bus est tout proche, à 3 minutes à pied, ce qui rend les déplacements très simples. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte !

Wir hatten ein wundervolles langes Wochenende in der sehr typisch niederländischen Unterkunft von Ber. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig inmitten einer Nachbarschaft gelegen, dennoch super nah an Einkaufsgelegenheiten und den Autobahnen, um zum Beispiel nach Alkmaar, Haarlem oder Amsterdam zu gelangen. Die Unterkunft ist vollständig ausgestattet mit einer sehr hochwertigen Küche und Ber hat die Unterkunft bereits mit allen kleinen Alltagsdingen ausgestattet, die man braucht (Spülmaschinentabs, Gewürze, etc.) Ein besonderes Highlight für unsere Kinder waren die Meerschweinchen und die Hühner, um die sie sich kümmern konnten, während wir uns sehr über den lokal produzierten Käse gefreut haben, mit dem wir bei der Ankunft überrascht wurden. Sehr empfehlenswert!

We stayed a few nights with our 2 small kids, mainly to visit Amsterdam, and had a wonderful time. The house was great for us, very clean, enough space for everyone, very nice neighbourhood and restaurants and shops were close by bike or walking. We took the car to the nearest train station (Bussum Zuid) with free parking but without kids and less rain, walking would also have been easily possible. Jaap was very friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome. We would happily come again!

Lovely stay in a beautiful location with easy access to Amsterdam using public transport. Very helpful hosts with frequent communication answering any questions and even booking dinner on our behalf. Highly recommended!

Thomas's place was a warm haven and welcoming home away from home. Everything was organized and put together with intention and care, and very clean. We found every possible appliance and amenity we could wish for. The house feels secluded and private, but not isolated. We loved going on walks in the beautiful woods, right out the backdoor, or at the beach, at just a short drive's distance. Thomas was an excellent and lovely host, who promptly answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again, next time. Thank you, Thomas!

Wir waren für 2 Wochen im Mai in dem Haus von Marja und Johan und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Sehr ruhiges, sauberes und hübsch eingerichtetes Haus mit einem nicht einsehbarem, zauberhaftem Garten mit mehreren Sitzplätzen. Die grosszügige, moderne Küche mit allem perfekt ausgestattet! Alles genauso wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos zu sehen! Mit unserem Hund konnten wir gleich vom Haus weg in den Wald bzw. die Dünen spazierengehen. Der Strand von Castricum ist mit Rad oder Auto sehr gut erreichbar! Endlose Wander- und Radfahr-Möglichkeiten in dem breiten Dünengürtel! Wir waren in Haarlem, Alkmaar und Amsterdam (sehr gute Zugverbindung!) für Ausstellungen und Konzerte! Auch die Strände und Dünen bei Bergen und Schoorl sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen! Das Haus von Marja und Johan war ein wunderschönes Ferien-Zuhause, wenn wir dürfen, kommen wir gerne wieder!

Es war sehr gepflegt und genau wie beschrieben ausgestattet.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Appartementanlage, Obergeschoss (Achtung-steile Treppen!), abgeschieden, inmitten der Dünen gelegen und demnach sehr ruhig. Gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber. Zwei Balkone, die eine traumhafte Aussicht auf den Strand und das Naturschutzgebiet ermöglichen. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin; die Kommunikation war super angenehm und unkompliziert. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in der Unterkunft und wurden sehr lieb empfangen. In der Wohnung ist alles was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Lage ist perfekt, alles schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. O'Malley war ein liebevoller und respektvoller Mitbewohner, der den Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht hat. Charlotte hat schnell auf alle Fragen reagiert. Die Fahrräder sind ein plus für schöne Ausflüge ans Meer. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Nanda’s place is very spacious and comfortable, with lovely large windows and all the facilities you would need. The apartment is on the first floor (no lift!) with the hosts’ living area on the ground floor and bedrooms on the second floor. Easy 5 minute walk to buses, just 3 stops to Central Utrecht. Nanda was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Recommended!

Margor and Steven are nice and attentive, they give us a lot of helpful information about the area. The location is near the Zaandam train station and convenient when travelling to Amsterdam city centre. A very nice and cosy place to stay in NL.

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns wurde bei Ankunft alles gut erklärt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Amazing location. Close walk to everything. Very narrow steep stairs but that was expected. Great for a couple or single wanting a central location in Amsterdam. Good communication and they accommodated our early arrival. Washer was a nice feature for this traveling for a few weeks in Europe.

Logement spacieux avec grand jardin, tres bien situé, idéal pour 2 familles avec enfants. Accès à Amsterdam facile par train. Daphne a toujours été très réactive pour nos demandes.

The property is located 20 mins from Schiphol Airport, in a quiet gated community. The house was neat and clean and located beside a water canal. The kitchen and cutlery were well stocked. The furniture was comfortable. Plenty of towels provided. Easy to get to the city and to the other attractions. As stated in the description there is no washer / dryer. Bedrooms are located on the floor above the ground floor, the stairs are a bit steep. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very responsive, friendly and courteous. Upon request we were given a late checkout which was very helpful and very kind of the host. Indeed a superhost! Would love to come back someday!

Het huis ziet er precies zo uit als op de foto’s. De communicatie met Marius was erg fijn. Perfecte locatie om te ontspannen, op het water te kijken en het mooie Enkhuizen te verkennen.

Marjolein was a perfect hostess. Her home was spacious and clean and very comfortably slept my group of 8 for 9 days. She welcomed us to her home with a pot of home-made soup and was kind and hospitable. She went as far as helping us book a cab last minute and had wonderful recommendations for all kinds of things. The home is conveniently located by the train making trips to Amsterdam easy and affordable. My group and I would highly recommend her home to anyone looking to stay in the Netherlands.

7 of us stayed here and I asked them if they would stay again... we/they all said yes. The only complaint is the road noise. The cars go around the roundabout and rev up their cars and the larger trucks must have a hard time getting around it as they too rev up their motors. The house and location were perfect.

Wonderful house if everything you can dream of for family vacation with kids. Lots of space. The garden and pool are a fantastic!
