Situated 3.5km from the picturesque village of Eersel, on the very edge of the forest, lies B&B De Zandhoef. This beautiful cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests, however 2 to 4 is more comfortable with the space available. You have access to your private Jacuzzi and our heated outdoor swimming pool (April - October) There are many mountain-bike and hiking trails in the area and you are more than welcome to rent our e-MTB to try these out. In the garden, the work studio of the former resident has been transformed into a lovely guest house. Architecture according to the Bosscheschool. Welcome to our beautifully refurbished, cozy, rural cottage with private driveway and garden. Easy to get to from the highway, but only minutes walk to natural park "De Maashorst" and close to natural park "Herperduin". Both parks are rich in hiking and biking routes, and within walking distance you can enjoy a swimming pond with white beaches, and various fishing spots. “The Duke” golf course is just around the corner, where there is also a nice walking path.

Our beautiful windmill was built on the remains of a medieval castle in 1873. In 2006 the mill was fully renovated. You will have a comfortable stay in the mill which is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Maurik is a charming village, very centrally located between larger cities like Utrecht, Den Bosch, Arnhem and Nijmegen. The area is very suitable for cycling, hiking and swimming.
