Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

Wir selbst wohnen auch hier in diesem Haus, bemühen uns jedoch stets um Diskretion und gegenseitige Wahrung der Privatsphäre ♥️

Es sind zwei Zimmer für vier Personen plus Kleinkind geeignet. Im Wohn/Schlafbereich befindet sich ein großes Doppelbett, ein großes Schlafsofa und ein Einzelbett im 2. Zimmer. Ein Reisebett für ein Kleinkind kann dazugestellt werden. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Gegenüber liegend befindet sich das WC mit Dusche. Die Terrasse über die man in die Einliegerwohnung gelangt, lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Zahlreiche Radwege und das fränkische Seenland sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Quiet, detached vacation home to relax, right on the edge of the forest (approx. 45 square meters). Bike paths to Rothsee (10 km) and Lake Brombach (20 km), as well as the historic Gredl bike path from Hilpoltstein to Greding lead directly past the house. You can relax in our garden or be active in the surrounding area. Jogging, cycling, yoga, swimming at the lakes or even trying out the Challenge Triathlon route. Heideck also offers a beautiful heated outdoor swimming pool (3 km).

Welcome to the heart of Franconian lakes! Our cozy apartment on the 2nd floor offers you the ideal retreat for relaxing days surrounded by nature. Only about 20 km away is the beautiful Brombachsee. The Franconian metropolis of Nuremberg can also be reached by car in about 45 minutes. We are an animal-loving family and shared our home with four-legged friends. We therefore ask for your understanding if a dog hair should get lost despite careful cleaning.

Spend the night in the old wood warehouse of the carpenter's shop. The guest house can accommodate up to 7 people. In the old carpentry shop there is now a tasting room, which is available as a lounge during your visit. You are also welcome to book a tasting (wine, whiskey, beer, etc.) or a culinary journey. More information is available by phone. There is also a shared terrace and garden on the property. A playground is directly adjacent to the garden.

Sehr schöner Marktplatz mit guten Speiselokalen 500 Meter entfernt.

Our romantic gallery apartment is part of our farm, which is in an idyllic secluded location (with a neighboring farm next door) only 1.3 km from the north shore of Lake Großer Brombach (Allmannsdorf). The apartment has a cozy garden with a walnut tree, gazebo and barbecue.
