Holiday rentals with lake access in Heimbach

Everything was as expected and in perfect order. We stayed with two people at the place and had plenty of space. Four people will also fit easily, with six it might be a bit cramped. Will definitely come back, if I visit the area again.

Tolle Location auch für mehrere Personen, direkt am See was im Sommer total super ist. Der kleine Pool und die Sauna sind ein Highlight. Die Küche ist grundlegend gut ausgestattet, allerdings bei wirklich voller Belegung etwas knapp an Besteck. Die Wohnung war sauber bei der Ankunft und wirkte gepflegt. Die sonstige Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Geschirrspüler. Der Ort ist sehr abgelegen, ohne Auto ist es vermutlich schwierig. Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind im übernächsten Dorf vorhanden. Bei besonderen Bedarfen ist man mit dem Auto auch schnell in Mayen. Dafür hat man aber absolute Ruhe und ist mitten im der Natur.

wat een mooie pareltje vlak bij t meer en de bossen. Gemakkelijk parkeren voor de deur. Wel oppassen met Google navigatie. De weg om t meer is een wandelpad en geen autogebied. We hebben in de avond heerlijk genoten van de vuurplaats. Het hout lag al klaar en een flesje wijn ook. Dat is meteen ontspannen.

Sabrina, het was mij een genoegen in Walkoti te verblijven. Wat een fijn huisje en fijne gastvrouw ben je. Tot de volgende keer weer, ga ik weer met kinderen biken in Ferme Libert

Place was nice very well kept lots of history. Town was very quiet. Ppl are very friendly. Enjoyed my stay here.

We hebben een fijn nachtje weg gehad in dit volledig verzorgde huisje op een bijzondere plek (een oud fabrieksterrein, dat toch heel erg ‘in de natuur’ voelt).

Zeer fraai en compleet huis met veel ruimte en van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooie omgeving met leuke wandelmogelijkheden. Buurtwinkel naast de deur. Host is super vriendelijk, gastvrij en adequaat. Buitenruimte goed omsloten voor de honden. We vonden het alleen jammer dat er vanuit het huis geen uitzicht is op de omgeving. Maar verder is het huis en de host zeker de moeite waard voor herhaling!

Hallo Mine und Berti... Auf diesem Wege nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei Euch über der schönen Mosella. Von der Begrüßung, die Tipps für Unternehmungen, die tadellose Wohnung bis zur Abreise... alles "vom Feinsten". Besonders möchte ich noch euren traumhaften und liebevoll gestalteten Garten hinter dem Haus hervorheben. ... wunderbar.

Arieh‘s apartment is on the bank of the Rhein, with a terrific view over the river. The location is very close to the central train station (6 or 7-minute walk), so if you want to be based in the center of Cologne for your visit this is an excellent spot. I stayed for a weekend of Karneval and the location really hit the sweet spot: it was very easy to go to all the festival events, but it was nice and quiet when I needed to rest. Arieh generously loads out the kitchen for you, with bread, cheese, meats, and some fruits and vegis so that you will have something to eat every day. There is also coffee and tea on-site. I bought some of my own groceries anyways but it was really a nice touch to have some food there upon arrival. Arieh even provides showergel and a toothbrush! So this place is really plug and play. Arieh is a terrific host who was in touch before, during, and after the visit. I definitely felt that I was in good hands. Thanks so much Arieh!

We hebben één heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het appartement heeft alles wat je maar nodig hebt en de brasserie die erbij zit heeft super vriendelijk en goed personeel. Wij hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf!

Apartment complex was easy to find, very calm and comfy. Apartment was very clean and it felt like home. The bed was comfy (thank goodness there are mosquito nets in the bedroom windows), enough space to store a suitcase and a clothing hanger. Bathroom clean and provided 3 big towels which was very nice. Kitchen as also clean, the only thing that spooked me a bit at night was the fridge being fairly loud (probably because the microwaves is on top). Otherwise everything was very well maintained, clean and felt right at home :)

Appartement agréable, propre et proche du park Phantasialand (30mins en transport en commun). Mickael a été disponible, serviable et sympathique. Excellent séjour.

Kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung am See. Schön zum entspannen. Balkon bzw. Terrasse ist sogar wesentlich größer als auf den Bildern ersichtlich :)

Belle découverte de la petite ville de Spa. L'appartement de Jean Luc est idéalement situé pour accéder à toutes les commodités. Je recommande cette adresse

Todo perfecto

This place was a perfect relaxation spot and base to explore the Eifel region. We drove from the Netherlands and had bikes with us so it was a perfect base for a day of active exploration (biking, hiking or swimming - there is a beautiful lake in 30 mins driving!) and then blissful relaxation at the property. Sauna and the bath tap were def my highlights. I’m sure we will be back maybe this time in the colder season to experience the fire place ☺️

Goed mooi en netjes bij aankomst. Goed contact Wij zijn op de motor gekomen en door de omgeving getoerd. Hebben dankzij de host gebruik kunnen maken van de garage voor de motoren wat wij heel fijn vonden. Wij hebben de dagen geweldig genoten. De winkels zijn op loop afstand en dit is wel handig als je op de motor bent. Raar het verblijf zeker aan

A recommander à toute personne qui cherche le calme pour se ressourcer et se détendre. Il n'y a pas mieux pour faire une pause et oublier tout le reste.

Très bonne communication et bon d'accueil. Le logement est très fonctionnel, agréable, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir bien comme à la maison Je recommande ++
