Surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and neighbouring Leuth make Nettetal a state-recognized resort. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trail awaits you. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station is about 7 km. From there, you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The 1st floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the period of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have been delighted to welcome our guests, from the family with children, through nature lovers to the assembly worker, everyone who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms on about 60 m². Equipment: 2 living rooms, kitchen/living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are just as welcome guests as your pet. Our nice apartment is 10 minutes from the center of Roermond and outlet center and has all the comforts. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including washing machine) and sunny living room with open kitchen equipped with all appliances. Also, a supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a radius of 100 meters. Also suitable for business stays with a great WiFi connection.

A sliding glass door to the Koi pond. A double garden door to a large covered terrace. Outdoor shower and free WiFi and Netflix.

Mit uns leben hier unsere Hunde, eine Schar Hühner und Gänse sowie mehrere Pferde und Ponys, die hier ihren Lebensabend verbringen dürfen.
