Situated adjacent to our farmhouse, across a pretty shared courtyard, the cottage is warm and comfortable. The bedrooms have views of the orchard and tennis court, which you are welcome to use, along with the table tennis in the courtyard. Southlands Farm is in a perfect spot: a rural location renowned for its outstanding natural beauty but close to charming seaside towns.

The Barn, West Ford Farm

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign

The property comfortably sleeps 4 as a double and king or a double and twin beds. Great rural location with fantastic local walks yet only 10 mins from the centre of Exeter and Exeter University. Hot tub is available for additional charge paid locally on arrival and must be booked at least 48hrs before arrival.

Hayes End is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom single storey cottage located in the popular village of Whimple in East Devon. It is a short walk from a shop, 2 pubs and a train station and is a great base from which to explore the many delights of Devon. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 king sized beds (one of which can be split into singles), sitting/dining room with wood burner. The cottage has parking for 2 cars and a small courtyard garden for bbqs.

A beautiful self-contained spacious garden flat in a Victorian house with a large private covered terrace & garden directly from the living room or the conservatory. The flat has its own front door and the private garden is for your use only. Accommodation includes a double bed in a large bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Bedroom 2 can be Twin or Double also with Ensuite Shower & Toilet. (The bedroom is set up as twin unless double is requested) Dogs are not allowed to stay at the property unattended.
