Welcome! Our apartment is completely newly renovated and newly furnished. Two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom, guest toilet, balcony. It is scenically located in the German-Belgian Hohes Venn-Eifel Nature Park. The Eifel National Park, the “Weißer Stein” ski resort and the daffodil meadows in the Olef Valley are in the immediate vicinity. Due to its amenities and location, it is the ideal starting point for an active nature experience for up to 5 people - or simply to relax.

A quiet and cozy place with fantastic views of the vastness. The small house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful, nature-surrounded town of Aremberg in the Eifel. The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement, which consists exclusively of single-family houses (A-frame). With much love, the house was completely renovated and newly designed. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed - space for max. 4 people - Parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are already in the forest, on the 588 meter high Michelsberg and can hike in all directions. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

The reservoir can be reached on foot in 10 minutes for swimming, sunbathing, fishing, etc.
