Listing as described and impeccable. A few utensils are missing for the kitchen (a strainer for pasta would be welcome), but we were able to cook without any worries. Flexible heating (reversible air conditioning), so perfect for people who are quickly cold or hot like me!:) We really liked the location of the accommodation (peaceful but not isolated sincein the middle of a golf complex). The weather didn't allow us to enjoy the small garden that looked nice!

Had a wonderfully quiet weekend in "de Snurker". It's exactly what you think it is: quiet, cozy and cozy. Completely recovered from the hustle and bustle in the house this warm cottage. Enjoyed the gas fire bowl outside under the blankets on the comfortable sofa. Do you want to relax for a while? Book this cottage. Our dog Charlie also had a wonderful time here. Was really a plus for us.

We would like to thank our hosts Ingrid and Luc for the wonderful time in Balen. When we arrived, Ingrid greeted us with the key and a tour of the house. The accommodation was very clean and quiet - in the middle of the forest, but easy to reach by car. The next day, we were allowed to watch a horse feeding and admire the orchard. There is a beautiful hiking trail nearby, which is recommended. Thank you for the wonderful holiday, hospitality and generosity! We will be happy to come back!

Ewart and Natalija are great hosts, they were super friendly and helpful, always easy to reach. The house is as on the pictures. Very clean and comfortable, there's everything you would need. It's surrounded by plenty of cute farms and there is a beautiful lake about 20 minutes away walking. If you come in the colder months, I would suggest to bring warm clothing to be at home and slippers, as it gets cold at night.

The location was great! Beautiful garden. Garden was very well maintained. House was sparkling clean and cozy. The host was very good and very friendly. Really a top house!

We are regular travelers and really enjoyed this stay. The accommodation was better than photos, super clean and well equipped with everything to enjoy the kitchen and living space. Don’t sleep on the nearby spa; it’s phenomenal. We would welcome the opportunity to come back

A week to relax among the bustle of the birds. In rainy weather, there is plenty of space inside, and in good weather, a very pleasant garden to sit in. There is plenty to do in the area, and shops are close by. Everything is available for you to cook yourself. Baking pizza in the pizza oven was also fun to do. Definitely recommended. We felt at ease.

Fred's place is a real gem, right on the water, with beautifully done interior. The local beaver swims by every evening and you can enjoy the lovely exterior seating area on the water. Showering outside was something new for me, but if you time the shower between the boats passing it is a great experience and still private. You could opt to bring some swim clothing to solve the boat issue. A great place to relax on the water. There are no curtens, so bring a small sleep mask if you want to sleep in.

The stay was very nice and cozy and we had a lot of fun and felt at home. The hostess is super nice and friendly and helpful. We would like to come back here for a vacation in the future. We will gladly recommend it!😊

We were on site for a long weekend with 9 people and immediately felt comfortable. The accommodation is quiet and yet quickly accessible. It is stylish and equipped with everything you need. Due to the great weather and the private pool + whirlpool, we did not have the need to leave the accommodation for other activities for a second. The pool house with the extra toilets is also really practical, as no one has to walk through the house wet or dirty. With the fully equipped bar, our drinks were always cool and quickly prepared. It was exactly what we imagined. Communication with Jeanette in advance and also during the stay went great, as well as the check-in. She was always available and helped us when we had questions. Thank you for this wonderful break!

We and our dog liked it very much, the pool and the garden were very large, deer sometimes came to the property in the middle of the forest! We didn't miss anything and the dog had a lot of fun. The vacation home was great, everything clean and very inviting, we can only recommend it!

It was a very nice getaway for us. We all felt comfortable right away. We were there with family (two adults and 4 teenagers) and two dogs and everyone liked it very much! Thank you Lia for the great stay with you. We'd love to come back!

Du was a superb host. super friendly. She organised a breakfast delivery personally for our first morning as it was my husbands 60th birthday. Champagne and a bread basket full of delights! We had a wonderful relaxing 3 night break. The facilities were super. Hot tub, sauna, pool. The kitchen was well equipped and like new. The bed was good quality. We slept downstairs and didnt use the up stairs apartment, but had the use of the entire retreat. I loved the African inspired decor. Very stylish. All in all, a 5☆ experience. We cannot wait to visit again.

Fantastic stay, everything was perfect. Great location to chill and relax while still being cycling distance from cafes etc. The house had everything we needed and more. And the host were amazing, very flexible and kind. Definitely recommend.

The stay is very nicely decorated with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Nice base from which to see the many sights of beautiful Brabant. Petra and Cees are lovely people who welcome you very warmly upon your arrival.

The spacious apartment is in the middle of the city center, which was incredibly convenient for us. The host had good tips on where to park, he had described everything clearly and responded quickly if we had any questions.

We spent one weekend in the idyllic 'forest house' of Annelies and Jeroen. Everything was fantastic and the hosts were very nice and helpful. We would book again immediately if we are near Breda!

The address was easy to find, only we needed some help finding our booked house, but there we were immediately helped by Gaby and René and they escorted us to our house. He also indicated that if we needed anything, we could always let him know. Our house had 4 bedrooms, 2 downstairs and 2 upstairs. All rooms had high-low beds and there are 2 bathrooms, of which the downstairs bathroom is suitable for the disabled. It has a beautiful garden with 2x double French doors. Even the dog could come, he just couldn't run around, but that wasn't a problem. We had a wonderful stay with my 97-year-old father and he also enjoyed it. The upper floor is not accessible for the disabled. There is a restaurant within walking distance and Hilvarenbeek is a cozy village with friendly people. In short, a stay with Gaby and René is recommended, especially for the disabled.

Lovely cottage in a very beautiful surrounding. The place was very clean and very well maintained. Just a perfect place for a family to stay. The host was very prompt in answering and very helpful. Thank you for also giving us an extra hour for check out when asked for 🙂

Very nice houseboat with good amenities! Even in bad weather, you can have a great time here. The De Biesbosch National Park is particularly beautiful! We would book again and again. Clear recommendation!

Very nice place, I would definitely stay here again. Located on a quite street. I was in town for the record fair and this place was about a 10 min car ride from the hall. Maybe about the same to the town center. Shalina responded to any questions I had very quickly and was more than accommodating.
