A 17c listed Devon long house, in a small hamlet on the edge of Plympton and Historic Plympton St Maurice ,2 mls to Plymstock and 4 mls to the Plymouth City Centre . It’s completely self contained and private. The hamlet is quiet and semi rural but mins from local amenities. Dartmoor National Park,local beaches and the gateway to Cornwall are a shortdrive away.Enjoy the SW coastal path ,the Historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe. Maybe just a peaceful break.There is something for everyone .

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. It is set in a conservation area and is overlooked by remains of a 12th century castle. It is a home that gives a warm hug throughout with green fields within a minutes walk and access to.some stunning beaches as well as easy access to Plymouth , Totnes, Ashburton and Dartmoor.
