In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

Spacious attic apartment in a bungalow with its own staircase from the common hallway. The house is located in a residential area on the outskirts of town and is an ideal starting point for bike tours (e.g. to Lake Dümmer or to the zoo in the neighboring village) or for crane watching in the adjacent moors.
