In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Bienvenue dans notre petite maison situé entre la barrage d’Arzal et le village d’Arzal. Nous rénovons un vieux corps de ferme dans un petit hameau et voulons vous inviter à partager notre belle vie. Welcome to our cottage perfectly situated between the village of Arzal and the Barrage d'Arzal. We are in the process of renovating an old farmhouse in a small hamlet and look forward to welcoming you to our 'little slice of heaven'.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is quiet in the countryside with horses, nice view of the setting sun. 5 min. from La Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 minutes away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, Jade Coast. Renovated in an original way.

The Duck Pond, Ménac Island

Typical maisonette (BF directory), stone exterior, "tiny house" all wood interior: a cozy nest of 20 m2 in the shade of the large tree. Bonus: bathtub to cool off by the window overlooking the garden! Garden (fully enclosed) ideal for a nap or a meal under the big tree. + bicycles safely. We may run into each other, but I'm very discreet! A stay in "pause" mode in perspective.
