In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Relax in this cozy little nest in the heart of the Brière Regional Natural Park, 5 minutes from the village of Kerhinet, 10 minutes from Guérande and 20 minutes from La Baule (by car). Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Beaches 20 minutes away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, Jade Coast. Renovated in an original way.
