On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. It has a 10 m2 terrace, a private parking space in the building's underground parking lot which is under video surveillance and common green spaces in the condominium. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from Place Graslin, many restaurants in the city center and 7 minutes from Place Royal. It is also close to a very nice green space located 10 min walk "Parc de Procé".

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.
