Small attic apartment, great for staying overnight. Simple basic equipment is available. Fresh towels, soap, and fresh bed linens are provided. No dishwasher No washing machine No Wi-Fi. The bus station is about 500 meters from the house. In 12 minutes by bus to Essen city center. 20 minutes to Essen central train station. Netto and Aldi are right at your doorstep. Laundromat, DM, Rewe, Edeka, hairdresser, post office/DHL are 2 km away.

A supermarket and a bakery are right behind the house.

We rent our small guest room with private bathroom and separate entrance. The room has a bed 80 x 200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160 x 200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 square meters (plus bathroom), but otherwise has everything you need for a short stay: a closet, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...

The apartment is located in a quiet and well-kept apartment building close to the University of Essen. Its central location on the edge of the proximity to Essen city center and the direct connection to local public transport enable every guest to move around quickly and individually. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a short or long stay.
