The B&B is located on the edge of Overasselt, a small rural village just south of Nijmegen; the oldest city of the Netherlands close to the German border. The B&B comes with a private sauna and hot tub and is the ideal destination for a private getaway for two. The area has a lot of hiking and cycling routes or you can use it as a starting point to explore the south eastern part of the country with cities such as Arnhem, Nijmegen and ‘s Hertogenbosch. Breakfast (weekends only) is by request.

De Kleine Bosrand, wonderfully located in nature

De Kleine Bosrand is a cozily furnished home. The living room/kitchen has a sitting area with fireplace, a cozy dining area and a private outdoor terrace. The fully equipped kitchen has induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, combi microwave and the necessary tableware. There is a separate toilet at the entrance. There are 2 bedrooms (1 x 2 and 1 x 4 people), all with private bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. WiFi is available free of charge. Washing machine/dryer available.

Our cozy guesthouse is centrally and quietly located. It was built in 2024 and equipped with every comfort. All facilities are within walking distance. The supermarket, city center with cozy restaurants and the Golfslagbad. It is an ideal stay for the Nijmegen Vierdaagse. From the station, the travel time to Nijmegen is 20 minutes. The guesthouse is within walking distance (7 minutes) of Oss Central Station. The TOP Oss stadium, Pivot Park and Organon are also within walking distance.

Ons vakantiehuisje ligt nabij de Maashorst, een prachtig natuurgebied. Het huisje is voorzien van centrale verwarming, dubbele beglazing, radiatoren in alle kamers. Er is een privésauna in de tuin en een vrijstaand bad op pootje in het huisje, in de tuinkamer. Vanuit de tuin achter het huisje kijk je uit over de velden. Wasmachine aanwezig.
