The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Our non-smoking apartment is located in a quiet 4-family house in a cul-de-sac in the immediate vicinity of Nordsternpark, the starting point of many bike tours (industrial route). The Zollverein Coal Mine Industrial Complex with the Ruhr Museum is about 4 km away. The gasometer in Oberhausen, Tetraeder in Bottrop, Duisburg Landscape Park, Centr O shopping center, and much more can be reached quickly. Vacation home in Gelsenkirchen on a farm

The vacation home was completed in 2018. It is located on a farm in the northernmost part of Gelsenkirchen. All attractions, such as Movie Park, Zoom Adventure World, Arena Auf Schalke, Alpine Center Bottrop, Atlantis Dorsten and many more can be reached quickly. Bakers, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and doctors are within walking distance. Around our farm you will find grain, corn, potato fields and horse meadows where you can walk, or you can enjoy the tranquility on our terrace and relax.

Welcome to my caringly & modernisticly furnished apartment in Gelsenkirchen in which up to 2 people can spend a comfortable stay. The location is very central in Gelsenkirchen, so you can reach your destinations in no time, including the Veltins Arena with public transport in under 30 min or the city center on foot in 5 min. Enjoy the stunning view over the Ruhr area or explore the adjacent park. If you arrive by car, parking in the nearby surroundings is free. I look forward to your visit!

Quiet guest room - private entrance, private bathroom

We rent our small guest room (... it is ONE room, even if Airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with private bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80 x 200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160 x 200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 square meters (plus bathroom), but otherwise has everything you need for a short stay: a closet, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...

A wonderful, modern flat in the heart of Bochum

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

It is only 200 m to the nearest bus stop, from there you can reach the Marl-Sinsen train station or the S-Bahn station Marl-Mitte with connections to Münster or Essen or Haltern am See or Wuppertal in a few minutes. One bed is in the bedroom, in the living room of the apartment there is a sofa bed.
