Super nice, very private and nice house with all comforts. Good beds and the jacuzzi is a plus. Philippe leaves you alone, which is also nice. I was given attention because it was my friend's birthday, which was a very nice surprise.

We had a great time! The host is very kind and the house is even better then the pictures show! I recommend!

The location of this apartment is wonderful. It is an old village, a little bit looking like in the toscana italy, perfect to relax. the Apartment is actually better than shown on the pictures but the bedroomand the bathroom is on the first floor and the stairs have no protection. therefore this apartment is nothing for people who are a bit unstable on stairs or are a bit wide build.

Well-equipped, clean accommodation in a quiet location with beautiful outdoor/indoor furnishings. Check-in uncomplicated, later check-out possible until 5 pm. Raymond and his wife were super nice and communicative. Definitely recommended!

Our stay at Patricia's accommodation was perfect all around. She is a wonderful host, her friendly and helpful manner made us feel comfortable immediately. The Airbnb is very cozy and well equipped in a quiet location, perfect for relaxing for a few days. We will be happy to come back!

Had a fantastic stay at this place for the second time! Everything is clean and new and very comfortable. The host is fantastic; the batteries of a remote were on and within 10 minutes the owner was on the sidewalk to replace it. The service is great; we will definitely come back here again for the third time!

We had a very nice stay! The house is clean, cozy and equipped with every comfort. The host is very hospitable and gave nice tips for walks. Communication was very smooth. The garden is large and well fenced and there is plenty to do in the area.

Avner was extremely helpful and friendly, allowing us to leave our bags at the house before our check-in time so that we could go explore Spa. The house was pristine and comfortable, with a complete kitchen that allowed us to cook like we were at home. Though we didn't need it, there was a booklet listing the essential facilities in Spa (pharmacy, doctor's office) as well as restaurant suggestions and activities to do around the town, which we found quite thoughtful. Overall, an amazing apartment for a very affordable price!

A very pleasant accommodation, tastefully decorated, with bedding worthy of the most beautiful mornings and an ultra comfortable king size bed (attention, high risk of not wanting to leave😄). The small terrace is a real plus, perfect for a quiet moment between two urban adventures. The location is great: super well served by transportation and great for enjoying nightlife without finishing an expedition. And what about Luna? She is very attentive, ultra responsive and ready to do anything to make the stay perfect. Thanks again, Luna, for your availability and kindness. We'll be back for sure!

A direct hit, 100% recommendation. Older house, but the apartment was completely renovated, modernized. As good as new, for a city trip, I was there from Wednesday - Saturday, perfect. Good location, if you arrive by train, it is a 3-minute walk. Parking is a bit difficult. Unfortunately, I did not meet Lara and Thibout because they were not there on arrival and departure. But thanks to the key box, everything is no problem. I had the apartment on the 2nd floor, which has a small balcony - really great. Would definitely book there again.

This was the second time I stayed at Babs' and I'm looking forward to staying there again. The apartment is kept neatly clean and all appliances are in perfect conditions. The neighborhood is perfect for enjoying some nice walks and it's only 15min from the city center on foot. Also, Babs is always friendly and provides all that is needed for a pleasant stay. The accommodation really is one of the top Airbnb Finds! We immediately fell in love with Paul's Place and can only recommend it to everyone. You have everything you need and the terrace with the cherry tree is an absolute dream at any time of day. First and foremost, our stay got off to a great start with how warmly Ann received us. She took me on a tour of the house, explained all the details well, and shared some tips on what to do, where we could find restaurants, and how to get around Genk. We were impressed with Ann's hospitality and responsiveness to our messages the entire weekend. As a result, our stay was extremely comfortable. The house was even better in person, with many thoughtful touches to make our stay pleasant, tasteful decor, and modern finishes. I highly recommend staying at the apartment, and I am sure you will walk away with the same memorable experience we had.
