Since April 2022, we have been offering this characteristic property in Warffum. Take a break and enjoy the still undiscovered vast Groninger Hogeland. The house is located directly next to the medieval church on the largest wierde in the Netherlands. Many beautiful authentic villages in the area , the infinite polders and the bird(spot)rich cellars of the Wadden Sea can be admired within cycling distance. A visit to the city of Groningen and islands Schiermonnikoog and Borkum is also worthwhile!

Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

Historic house - sleeps 6 persons, 3 sleeping rooms, situated in a peaceful and car free street. Silent back garden, directly at the waterfront. Ideal place to rest and explore the environment. House consists of: living room, 1 sleeping room on the ground floor (2 beds) - 2 sleeping rooms on the first floor, new kitchen - dishwasher, dryer, washing machine , bathroom (bath - shower). Touristtax is E1,50 per night per adult in addition to the Airbnb booking. Pets only after agreement.

A stylishly furnished B&B, you stay in the restored front house from 1912. During the renovation, the history and the authentic colors of the early 20th century were taken into account. The B&B has its own toilet and bathroom. There is a small pantry with a fridge, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso machine. There's plenty of closet space for your clothes. The bedroom has a bed with 2 pcs. 80×200 cm mattresses and there is a sofa bed for 2 pers. in the sitting room.

Vacation home Lauwersoog - Robbenoort 15 has recently been renovated into a beautiful modern home. Which you can enjoy together with your loved one, family or friends. The six-person house is located at the Robbenoort holiday park in Lauwersoog. Bordering Groningen and Friesland. You have the opportunity to wind down by the Wadden Sea or cool off in the Lauwersmeer. You can also enjoy the beautiful nature.
