At the top of the Netherlands, near the Wadden Coast, you will find this sustainable and energy-neutral tiny house. The cottage is located at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. It has wide views and offers a lot of privacy. The tiny house is decorated with love and in detail. It is completely made of wood and has a surface area of 30m². The cottage is fully equipped, everything you need is available. Enjoy the scenery and the skies, the tranquility and the space!

The Rose

A Tinyhouse, 24m2. On a 'Cultureyard' in a green surrounding. Walkingtrails nearby. The city of Groningen half an hour drive. Also nearby an Isle (Schiermonnikoog) by ferry or the isle Borkum Germany. Breakfast is additional. 7.50 pp. Een vakantiehuisje van 24m2. Volledig ingericht op het Cultuurerf Andledon. In het groen en veel ruimte rondom. Wandelroutes als Pieterpad nabij en vervoer naar start-/eindpunt mogelijk. Een half uur vanaf de stad Groningen. In veel weekenden culturele acts.

Chalet de Zeemeeuw

From the chalet de Zeemeeuw, you have a view of the seawall and the countryside. Over a farm path it is 1.5 km to the dike, there are the salt marshes and under the guidance of a guide you can walk on the mudflats. Groningen is half an hour's drive away. The chalet is next to our arable farm just outside Pieterburen. PEACE, SPACE and VIEWS are the keywords. Kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. A terrace with furniture and a parasol. Possibly a washing machine to use.

The Wandelschuur

The Wandelschuur is on the edge of the forest, within walking distance to the Waddenzee and Lauwersmeer. Decorated with taste and color, moreover, there are no houses and buildings to see when you look out through the high glass facade with French doors. The Wandelschuur is a wooden cottage on a residential yard. You will sleep in the romantic loft in a spacious double bed. A nice base for mudflat walking, a day in Schiermonnikoog, hiking, cycling around Lauwersmeer, eating fish, etc. :)

Water house on the Pier of LauwersmeerPlezier!

In a unique spot on the Lauwersmeer are our two Water Houses, half above the water. With spectacular views over the Lauwersmeer. The water houses, also called tiny houses, have a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Private kitchen, with induction stove and oven. A double bed (2 separate mattresses of 80 cm), TV and small sitting area. A dining table for two people is also available. Terrace with south-facing seating. Roller blinds and nice warm blankets. Wonderful peace!

Our new chalet "Amira" offers you and your family a completely carefree vacation in the beautiful holiday park Lauwersoog directly on the national park "Lauwersmeer" with a flat sandy beach and lawn. Cozy room with bathroom.

Deze fijne kamer is gebouwd in een schuur en heeft een eigen douche en toilet. Op tien minuten rijden van de Waddenzee. Geen strand dus maar dijken met schapen erop. Wel een paar opgespoten nepstrandjes én de veerdienst naar Borkum voor het echte werk. Wakker worden met kakelende kippen onder je raam. Houtkachelwarm, met ondersteuning van een elektrisch kacheltje. Bij voorkeur geen werknemers, tenzij..... Honden welkom tegen kleine vergoeding.

Former workers' house, rural location

Simple former farm workers' cottage in a rural area with various amenities nearby. The center of Delfzijl is 3 km away and Appingedam with its hanging kitchens is 6 km away. Simple country cottage on the countryside but close to various facilities such as a train station, supermarket, and restaurants. The center of Delfzijl is only 3 kilometers away. Appingedam, a charming little historical town, with its hanging kitchens, is about 6 km away.

Farmhouse chalet Dirk

Get away from it all under the starry sky. Our farm chalet sleeps a maximum of two people. We have a nice double bed with walking space on both sides, so you don't have to roll over each other. The chalet is close to the sanitary building where you can shower, wash dishes, get water, brush your teeth and go to the toilet. The chalet has a nice veranda where you can sit in the evening and during the day with a drink and enjoy the surroundings.

Modern cabin

A cabin from 2021 with all facilities you need. Easily accessible by car and located between Groningen and Delfzijl. The cabin is situated in the Hoogeland region which is known for its calming views and beautiful Groningen sunsets. It is not uncommon to see a herd of deer grazing during breakfast! This is the perfect accommodation for a walk- or biking tour in the area, or to see the rest of the northern Netherlands or Germany by car.

Sleeping on the mudflats

Go offline on the edge of the mudflats in a simple but modern mudflat house. Here, the nights are still really dark, and at times even the Northern Lights can be seen! Noordpolderzijl is the ideal base for your mudflat walk or vacation on the mudflat coast. Please note that you are staying in a nature reserve on the Wadden Sea. Dogs should be kept on a leash, and there is no large beach as you might be used to from the North Sea coast.
