Our 2-person Canadian canoe and our 3 bicycles are available for rent at a reasonable price.

Boven in Nederland, vlak bij de Waddenkust vindt u dit duurzame en energieneutrale tiny house. Het huisje is met liefde en tot in detail ingericht. Alles wat u nodig heeft is aanwezig. Het is volledig van hout en heeft een oppervlakte van 30m². Het tiny house staat achter op ons terrein en is omringd door een natuurlijke tuin. Hierdoor heeft het een weids uitzicht met veel privacy. De rust en de ruimte in dit schattige huisje voelt als een ware belevenis, een plekje om even bij weg te dromen!

Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

Het huis is direct gelegen naast de Middeleeuwse kerk op de grootste wierde van Nederland. Veel mooie authentieke dorpen in de omgeving , de oneindige polders en de vogel(spot)rijke kwelders van de Waddenzee zijn op fietsafstand te bewonderen. Ook een bezoek aan de stad Groningen en eilanden Schiermonnikoog en Borkum is de moeite waard!

Noordpolderzijl is de ideale uitvalsbasis voor jouw wadlooptocht of vakantie aan de waddenkust. Houd er rekening mee dat je in een natuurgebied aan de Waddenzee verblijft. Honden dienen aangelijnd te blijven en er is geen groot strand zoals je misschien gewend bent van de Noordzeekust.

Het Waddenland heeft veel te bieden, en je bent in een kwartier bij de boot naar Schiermonnikoog. Ook de stad Groningen zelf is binnen een half uur bereikbaar.
