Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

wij verhuren onze complete bed and breakfast per week (in juli/augustus), midweek en weekend. Deze is gelegen in het pittoreske centrum van Winsum, in de buurt van Lauwersoog (voor een dagje Schiermonnikoog), Groningen, Delfzijl, Leens en gewoon het Hogeland met veel bezienswaardigheden. met een familie of vriendengroep (maximaal 12 personen) kun je een zeer leuke en originele vakantie hebben. Er zijn opgemaakte bedden, 2 complete badkamers, een buitenkeuken, een mooie besloten tuin.

Cottage in Pieterburen

A good and quiet place in Pieterburen, within walking distance of the "center" and the ideal place to mudflat walk from here, start or cycle the Pieterpad. It is a detached cottage with a bedroom, toilet, bathroom and a living room. The bedroom has one double bed with storage for your luggage and clothes. The living room still offers the possibility to change the large sofa into a sofa bed for two extra beds. Parking is free, easily accessible by public transport.

Delfzijl (Uitwierde), Cottage with a view

Our simple accommodation with a magnificent view is located near Delfzijl, in the beautiful village of Uitwierde! A bed, sofa, toilet, shower and a small kitchen where you can prepare a simple meal is all you need. The cottage is ideal for those who love peace and simplicity. Groningen is easily accessible by train or car (approx. 32 km), as well as historic Appingedam with its hanging kitchens (approx. 6 km), the Eems and dike within walking distance.

If you are looking for peace and space, this nature house is ideal. It is a guest house built on an old seawall from around 1200. The unobstructed view from the living room/kitchen is fantastic. There is a lovely seating area outside facing south. The cottage is part of the main building, but separated by carport and with privacy.
