Come see roedeer feeding on our small estate, frequented by birds of many kinds. Sit back and relax. Or take a walk, bike or canoe around numerous charming villages, visit Lauwersmeer or take the dayferry to Schiermonnikoog. If in need of urban things, the bustling city of Groningen is only half an hour away.

Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

During your stay in this spacious, soothing accommodation, you will forget (almost) all your worries. Also for business overnight stays. Lots of privacy, air conditioning/heating,  bedroom  2 pers bed, A perfect place to go out car/bike/hiking/mountain bike for adults or small family. incl.  made beds, kitchen linen, hand/bath towels/, gas, electricity, water, tourist tax, and fast private internet. WiFi with password are included. Parking is available at the guesthouse.

Ontdek onze prachtige studio in hartje Winsum, perfect voor wandelaars van het Pieterpad! Vlak bij station, supermarkt en horeca. Met een eigen ingang kom je er altijd in en uit. Je beschikt over een privé slaapkamer met douche en toilet, knusse leefruimte en compacte keuken. Alles is volledig voor jou alleen! Standaard zonder ontbijt. Het keukentje maakt zelf ontbijten eenvoudig, en de supermarkt zit om de hoek. Gelegen op de bovenverdieping, dus je moet een trap op

Cottage in Pieterburen

A good and quiet place in Pieterburen, within walking distance of the "center" and the ideal place to mudflat walk from here, start or cycle the Pieterpad. It is a detached cottage with a bedroom, toilet, bathroom and a living room. The bedroom has one double bed with storage for your luggage and clothes. The living room still offers the possibility to change the large sofa into a sofa bed for two extra beds. Parking is free, easily accessible by public transport.

Delfzijl (Uitwierde), Cottage with a view

Our simple accommodation with a magnificent view is located near Delfzijl, in the beautiful village of Uitwierde! A bed, sofa, toilet, shower and a small kitchen where you can prepare a simple meal is all you need. The cottage is ideal for those who love peace and simplicity. Groningen is easily accessible by train or car (approx. 32 km), as well as historic Appingedam with its hanging kitchens (approx. 6 km), the Eems and dike within walking distance.

If you are looking for peace and space, then this nature cottage is ideal. It is a guest house built on an old seawall from around 1200. The unobstructed view from the living room/kitchen is fantastic. There is a lovely seating area outside facing south. The cottage is part of the main building, but separated by carport and with privacy.

The Chestnut Ezinge for short stay

Central to the ancient village of Ezinge, you enter your private garden terrace through a private entrance. There you will also find your entrance to the guesthouse. It is great for two people who are comfortably looking for a few days. And want to enjoy peace and privacy.
