The best part is the peaceful setting on our 70-acre farm where you’re free to explore and enjoy the countryside.

The 2-1-3 house is a charming 1950's bungalow right in the heart of hickory, just minutes from downtown, Lenoir Rhyne college, and many other corporate offices. Coffee houses, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and dry cleaning are all within walking distance. The 215 is pet friendly, however we REQUIRE a $20 pet fee, per pet ,also no more than 2 pets allowed. Animals can be no larger than 40 lbs. When you book please select the amount of guest including the pet/pets as guest.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This is the upper floor/unit of a two level house. The entire house can also be rented for larger groups. Message me for more details. The home features a king bed master with private bathroom, a queen bedroom, and full bedroom. There is a twin sleeper sofa as well. Parking for 2-3 cars.Walking distance to some shops and restaurants in Viewmont. Safe neighborhood. Sorry, no pets allowed.

MENZIES LOUNGE

We live in historic downtown Hickory. You will have your own private space located in the back of our home. It is a studio with a kitchenette. No stove/oven and only a beverage fridge. Adjoining your studio is an un air conditioned game room with pool table/ping pong and workout equipment. We have an outdoor shared space with a grill and fireplace. We also have a super cute golden doodle named Louis, who might be inside the fenced area. Please keep all fence gates locked.
