This is a 110 sqm, 2-story house for rent, a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line. (Not a shared house) There is a large living room, dining room, and full kitchen on the first floor, 4 bedrooms on the second floor, and toilets on the first and second floors. There is parking in front of the house and a smoking area. My room is a 7-minute walk from JR Namba Station and a 10-minute walk from Namba Subway Station, making it very convenient for getting around. 1 stop to Shinsaibashi Station, 1 stop to Nihonbashi Station, 3 stops to Tennoji Station (Abeno Harukasu). Namba and Shinsaibashi are one of Osaka's famous tourist destinations. I'm happy to have an open-air bath on the rooftop in the middle of the city. You can enjoy a luxurious time that you can't easily have in the city. Free parking is also available. Welcome to Osaka! This two-story house(3 bedrooms, 72 square meters) is located in my hometown which is very safe and convenient. The nearest subway station is Higashimikuni which is on one of major subway line in Osaka, so it's easy to access a lot of popular and famous places! It takes 4 - 5 min walk from the station to the house. There are convenience stores, grocery stores and local restaurants nearby! This house is reserved. Recently renovated, this apartment is a 70year-old Japanese traditional house. There is a Japanese small garden. Within walking distance to Namba, Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. It's right next to Kuromon Market. There are many convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and drugstores in the area. You can also travel to Osaka, Kobe, Kyoto, and Nara without wasting time.
