The main bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom is also located on the main floor. The upstairs loft is great for younger travelers and features a full mattress on the floor. The guest house has a double bed with a twin trundle, and another full bathroom. There is boat ramp access and a dock for swimming. A beautiful and relaxing retreat!

The Skipper located on High Rock Lake highlights a large beautiful deck and pier filled with cozy seating and a Blackstone for preparing meals. It offers a screened-in porch off the kitchen for early mornings and late nights. This cabin offers a galley kitchen, dining area, family room, 3 bedrooms, and two full baths. All rooms have black out curtains for necessary naps during the day. A well trained dog is welcome during your stay. The Skipper- a quiet and perfect vacation spot to relax.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Country setting, but close enough to a lot of activities. Close to Charlotte and Charlotte motor Speedway. Wineries, PNC pavilion. Great Wolf Lodge and Concord mills. Enjoy visiting the goats and chickens. They love animal crackers and you’ll find some by the gate to give them. We are earth friendly using plant based cleaning products. We have waterless dry toilet. We are a working farm and offer farm fresh eggs when available.
