Welcome to our old farmhouse, part of which has been transformed into an atmospheric B&B. Particularly decorated with lots of art on the wall and a well-stocked bookcase. You have your own private entrance with cozy living room, bedroom and private shower/toilet. There is television, with Netflix and You Tube. A FULL BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. The b and b is located separately and closed off from main house. Private entrance, a private bedroom and a private bathroom. There is one b and one b space.

Dicht bij het stadscentrum van Leeuwarden staat Woodpecker, een ruime en lichte bungalow van 100 m². U heeft een eigen ingang en de Woodpecker beschikt over twee royale slaapkamers, beide met een eigen douche en toilet. De keuken is uitgerust met alle basisgemakken. De bungalow is geschikt voor maximaal vier personen. Woodpecker Leeuwarden kan ook via een eigen site geboekt worden. We gaan het laatste seizoen in om ergens anders weer opnieuw te beginnen. De nieuwe bewoners hebben andere plannen

Pakhús 1879 (100m2 in centrum & 10min van station)

Welkom in Pakhús 1879, dit historisch pand in het hart van Leeuwarden bevindt zich op slechts 10 minuten lopen van het station & 3 minuten van parkeergarage Hoeksterend (7€ p/d, 24/7 uitrijden). Het bruisende centrum van de Europese Culturele Hoofdstad van 2018 is letterlijk om de hoek. Het appartement van maar liefst 100m2 is voorzien van alle gemakken: keuken, 55 inch TV met comfortabele bank & salon tafel, badkamer met bad & een royale slaapkamer met kingsize bed voor een goede nachtrust.

Tiny Farm House met hot tub.

Tussen de groene vlaktes van het Friesche Menaldum vindt u de uniek gebouwde Tiny Farm House met veranda inclusief hot tub. Deze grenst aan een traditionele kop hals romp boerderij uit 1880. Sinds 1980 runt boer Folkert de melkveehouderij waar 110 koeien gemelkt worden. Kom tot rust in de hot tub of neem een duik in de zwemvijver nabij. Ga met de veerboot een dag naar Terschelling of Vlieland. Breng een bezoek aan de hoofdstad Leeuwarden of stap op de fiets en verken de omgeving.

Sleeping at the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Wake up to the view of the dining room of a herd of horses that live in freedom, 2 pigs who make their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. However, there is a large table to play games with each other and a lovely sofa to have a glass of wine together. Making beautiful memories together together! Possibly tandem, boat and beautiful animal experiences to book!

IT ÚT FAN HÚSKE - with hot tub in the heart of Friesland

Plattelandslogement IT ÚT FAN HÚSKE is located on an idyllic winding dike 15 minutes by bike from Sneek or the Sneekermeer. The húske is detached, cozy and equipped with all the comforts. From the outdoor terrace with canopy, guests can enjoy the HOT TUB, the view, the stars and a fabulous sunrise. The hot tub costs €40,- for the 1st day and €20,- for the following days. We recommend bringing our own bathrobes, should it be necessary, we also have bathrobes.

Cozy creek house with garden near the city center

Leeuwarden is 'by far' the prettiest city of the Netherlands! And it's only a 3 minutes walk to the city center. This 100 year old, cute house is located in the peaceful and quiet Vossenparkwijk. The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. Relax in the backyard with a cup of tea or go out for dinner in one of the very good restaurants in the city! Enjoy!

Gastenverblijf Out fan House.

The apartment Út fan hús has two bedrooms with a double bed, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen with fridge and bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has a private entrance. From the apartment, you have a wide view over the Frisian Greiden. It's on the water where you can swim and fish. You can also make free use of 1 or 2 person canoes, a boat and bikes. The city of Sneek is a 15-minute drive, Leeuwarden 30 minutes.

Hidden place with the centre of Leeuwarden

Hidden in the Leeuwarder district of Huizum, lies the former kindergarten "Boartlik Begjin". At the end of Ludolf Bakhuizenstraat, this special quiet spot is a short walk to the city center and the train station. A nice base to go into town, shop or visit one of the museums. E also to discover the rest of Friesland. The room is also suitable as a home workshop (Wi-Fi available).
