Es ist eine Parterrewohnung mit offener, chicer Einbauküche, separatem Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer mit großer Dusche, Terrassenbenutzung. Das ca. 45 qm große 2 Raum Appartement liegt in zentraler Lage direkt in der Hildener Innenstadt. Die Verkehrsanbindung nach Düsseldorf ist mit dem Auto, der S Bahn oder Bus ( in unmittelbarer Nähe ) in ca 3 - 5 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist für Messebesucher, berufliche Aufenthalte und auch für eine Städtereise geeignet. In unmittelbarem Umfeld befinden sich Parkhaus sowie die Hildener Fußgängerzone mit zahlreichen Cafés, Restaurants, Imbiss u.v.m. Für Fragen stehe ich gerne während des Aufenthalts zur Verfügung. T. antiken Möbeln und Tapeten des National Trust (England) aus 3 Jahrhunderten dekoriert. Die Ausstattung der Küche und des Bades sind modern und hochwertig. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse, die Autobahn wird in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Der fußläufig gelegene Bahnhof bietet Direktverbindungen u. a. nach Düsseldorf, Köln und Wuppertal.

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

This apartment has a TV with Bluetooth Connect and Wi-Fi. A large roof terrace is also part of this room. The existing bed has a size of 1.40 m by 2.00 m. Please note when booking for two. The feel-good room is equipped with a kettle and coffee pod machine, but has NO kitchen and NO refrigerator.

The apartment is 67 square meters and comprises a spacious entrance area, an open kitchen, shower bath, living room with dining area and a bedroom. The apartment also has a separate terrace with a very nice view directly into the forest and into the quiet garden. If you're lucky, even deer will come by.

Den Marktplatz und das charmante Zentrum von Hilden mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften erreicht man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten. Vor dem Haus ist ein privater Stellplatz. Zur S-Bahn-Haltestelle "Hilden-Süd" (S1) sind es 400 Meter. Zum Autobahnkreuz Hilden (A46/A3) sind es 5 Kilometer.

As a welcome gift you will find 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of our local beer (Kölsch) per adult in the fridge.
