Es ist eine Parterrewohnung mit offener, chicer Einbauküche, separatem Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer mit großer Dusche, Terrassenbenutzung. Das ca. 45 qm große 2 Raum Appartement liegt in zentraler Lage direkt in der Hildener Innenstadt. Die Verkehrsanbindung nach Düsseldorf ist mit dem Auto, der S Bahn oder Bus ( in unmittelbarer Nähe ) in ca 3 - 5 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist für Messebesucher, berufliche Aufenthalte und auch für eine Städtereise geeignet. In unmittelbarem Umfeld befinden sich Parkhaus sowie die Hildener Fußgängerzone mit zahlreichen Cafés, Restaurants, Imbiss u.v.m. Für Fragen stehe ich gerne während des Aufenthalts zur Verfügung. Eine Liste mit entsprechenden Kontakten wird beim Check-Inn übergeben.

Fitted kitchen, bathroom with window and bathtub/shower, living room, bedroom with 180 cm double bed for 2 people and sofa bed (140 cm) for an adult or 1-2 children. Shared use of the garden, washing machine/dryer in the basement, free parking, quiet residential area in D-Süd, connected to public transport: S-Bahn station Eller-Süd can be easily reached on foot or by bus (lines 723 /732). New central in-law unit

Enjoy the central location to the city center with good restaurants and the walking distance to the train station. The house has just been refurbished, including the granny flat. Energy is sustainably generated via photovoltaics and an air-source heat pump. We also live in the house and are happy to be available to you personally as a host. A children's travel crib is provided if needed. A kitchen is in the planning stage and therefore not yet available in the apartment. Our fridge and microwave can also be used.

A very centrally located single apartment of approx. 55 square meters, with a separate entrance. The apartment has two lockable bedrooms with electric external blinds, an open kitchen-living room with sofa bed and a bathroom. The kitchen with induction stove is fully equipped. Ideal for cooking, living and relaxing. There is also a terrace at ground level from the living room. Parking is available directly in the private parking lot in front of the entrance. There are also parking spots along the street.

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

A break in the countryside, that would be something! Then our cozy and quiet granny apartment/basement in the garden city of Haan is just right for you. The apartment is 67 square meters and comprises a spacious entrance area, an open kitchen, shower bath, living room with dining area and a bedroom. The apartment also has a separate terrace with a very nice view directly into the forest and into the quiet garden. If you're lucky, even deer will come by.

Mitten in Hilden und optimal angebunden an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr zwischen Düsseldorf und Köln liegt die sanierte Wohnung in einem Backsteinhaus von 1927. Den Marktplatz und das charmante Zentrum von Hilden mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften erreicht man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten. Vor dem Haus ist ein privater Stellplatz. Zur S-Bahn-Haltestelle "Hilden-Süd" (S1) sind es 400 Meter. Zum Autobahnkreuz Hilden (A46/A3) sind es 5 Kilometer.

Bedroom with double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and large wardrobe, living room with pull-out couch as an additional bed for max. 2 people. As a welcome gift you will find 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of our local beer (Kölsch) per adult in the fridge.

It is centrally located to Hilden city center (10-minute walk) and is conveniently located; to the train station (10 min. walk), bus stops (3 min. walk) and has good transport connections to the freeways.
