Monthly Rentals in Hill City

The property was excellent. The owners have thought of everything you would need for your stay in the Black Hills of South Dakota. I cannot say enough about the care given from the owners to make your stay perfect, from small things like providing plenty of toilet paper to the fresh baked cookies and muffins with the personal hand-written note welcoming us when we arrived. I quickly saw why all the previous reviews were 5-star, and I couldn't agree more. You can tell the owners really care about making your stay perfect.

This place was perfect over Memorial Day weekend to see the Black Hills and tourist sites. It was lovely to hear the 1880 train during the day and very quiet at night. The hosts were lovely and very communicative, even messaging us when the boot of our car popped open overnight. The internet was patchy on one side of the loft, but the bedroom side worked well.

This is a great central location for spending time in the Black Hills, especially if you are a cyclist or hiker. The garage vibe to the place is OUTSTANDING as is the view from the kitchen. Even though it’s technically in town, it felt very quiet and peaceful. Couldn’t ask for better.

Great home base in the Black Hills! Boomer and Angie were generous and warm hosts and they were very responsive. The apartment is very clean, large, and comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook meals in the apartment. The setting, on a hill overlooking Hill City, was extremely pleasant. It was an easy drive to all the attractions, including Custer State Park (cannot recommend highly enough!), Mt. Rushmore, Spearfish Canyon, etc. We would definitely stay here again!
