Lee’s condo was the perfect home base for our Hilton Head vacation! We felt relaxed, safe, and right at home from the moment we arrived. We originally booked for a week but extended our stay because we didn’t want to leave. The location is unbeatable—just a one-minute walk to a huge pool, the beach, ocean, tiki bar, and great restaurants. The condo was spotless, well-stocked, and had a gorgeous ocean view from the balcony—our favorite place to start and end each day. It was peaceful, private, and made for the most relaxing getaway. The entire property felt safe and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Lee was fantastic—always responsive and easy to communicate with. We had everything we needed and more for a perfect beach vacation. We’re already looking forward to booking again! XO

My family and I took a quick one day trip up to Hilton head Island from Atlanta to go to the beach. We were very pleased with this unit as it was only a couple blocks away from the beach so definitely within walking distance (less than a 10 minute walk), there were tons of restaurants and little shops nearby. The home was beautiful and clean and equipped with everything we needed, and they even had beach chairs and an umbrella and a wagon for us to use which was super helpful to have. The hosts were very communicative and even accommodated us getting there early from Atlanta. It was well worth the price in my opinion compared to other rentals, we will definitely be back to stay there again!

Place was great for a weekend get away. Only problem we had was the tv in the bedroom stopped working and Carolyn responded super fast to my message. Had a great time here!

This place is very well maintained, I feel very safe to stay there. Inside is very clean and homely. I enjoyed my stay. The only thing is: when we check out, the front desk girl has very unfriendly attitude and act like that she does not want to see me. After few minutes of putting up with this,I told her: “ can you be more pleasant?”. Then she said : “ I cannot hear you”. I do not understand why this is happening, maybe because I am Asian? All the guests in lobby having breakfast are white. My English is fluent and people have no trouble to understand me,FYI. The front desk girl who has bad attitude towards me is Mexican, maybe she does not like to see Asian? I really don’t understand, but I did not do anything wrong to deserve this kind of treatment. There is a man working on the raffle desk told me : “Welcome staying with us”. I said : “Thank you so much, you are very pleasant!”Then I told him what happened to me. Hopefully this will not happen to other people in future again!!!

Notice the reviews are no less than 4 stars..we did too..thats why we booked.. Smack dab in front of pool, 1 minute to the ocean and theres even a little drink stand for those hot tropical days...host made everything very easy. Place is spotless and we even are considering buyimg oir own unit...ok now listen..there can be quite a bit of noise from little ones and such...as bedroom is the entry to unit so you tend to hear everything, even the guy draggimg hia suitcase down the adjacent stairs...however none of that takes away from the unit or host..we would definitely stay again...

Absolutely enjoyed our stay! Beautiful location and the condo had everything we needed. Could use a deep clean but nothing to stop me from coming back. At times we could hear our upstairs neighbors banging around but not after the 10pm quiet time. Most people followed the rules and were very polite in the area. The view and accessibility to the beach were wonderful bonuses! We will be back and we highly recommend staying here!

This condo was super cozy with great proximity to the beach. It was a refreshing get away for our first time in Tybee. We were in town for a concert in Savannah and the drive was super easy. Definitely worth staying by the beach. The beds were so comfy! I slept so peacefully. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful stay and easy communication :)

Our family had a great week at Mermaid Cove! The location was close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. Geoff, Vicky, and Lucy were very friendly and helpful hosts. The fully fenced yard and gated dock were perfect for our puppy. Our daughter loved the hammocks. Would highly recommend to other families!

Villa was just as advertised. Very clean, updated, comfortable. Communication was great and always responsive. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again!

This place is lovely! Absolutely recommendable *****. The place was very clean and lovingly arranged. The description and the pictures are very accurate. It also had everything you need even if you want to cook full meals. Very comfortable beds and quiet at night, perfect to have good rest after busy days. Elliott and Kylie are quick to respond, very friendly and super helpful. The location is great, very close to the beach, we could even walk there with elderly grandparents without a problem. The beach is great, not crowded and with amenities (bathroom, showers, water station, etc) Like other guests say: you'll definitely feel right at home there. We will be coming back!

Had a wonderful experience staying at Kimberly’s place. It is literally right across the street from the entrance to Parris Island, and was the perfect spot to stay for Family Week! Kimberly was flexible and always responded quickly with answers to any questions I had both before and during my visit.

I really enjoy staying at Jackie's place. This was my second time staying at her place and my third time staying in the complex. The location is great. Close to the beach, shaded patio and backyard area, centralized location, close to shopping, easy to find and great for traveling with a dog. Condo was clean, roomy, temperature was good in the condo and bed was comfortable. I really like the shaded walkway across the street. Easy to walk my dog in the middle of the day. A trolly runs every 30 minutes in the area to. And there is a restaurant/bar across the street. The condo is .3 of a mile to the beach. There is pay for parking closer. The city raised the rates for parking this year. They have signs up to pay. You just need your license plate number and a credit card.

Just as described! We enjoyed the place and the location was perfect. We barely had to use our rental car with restaurants and entertainment a short walk away. We loved the free Dunes Buggy for transport to and from the beach. The condo had everything we needed. We especially loved the access to the beach cart, chairs and beach toys. We flew in from Louisiana so we were unable to bring these items with us. The kids loved having the boogie boards and floaties and my husband loved the ease of the beach cart for carrying everything. We will be back and would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! The location is ideal for the pool and the beach - it made coming and going so easy. The condo perfectly slept my husband, me, and our four year old in the bunk bed. The furnishing and decor were quality and neat. On top of that, the hosts were incredibly communicative. I highly recommend!

Had the best time ever here!! Great location. Right by a trolley stop and very easily bailable to all other great attractions including the beach. Will absolutley be back !

Valori was so helpful and thorough with instructions. Her place had everything we needed including all the beach accessories, which I didn’t have to pack because they were already there. The boardwalk to the beach was beautiful and provided access to a beautiful area. We also enjoyed playing pickleball with the paddles provided. Watch out for the corner of the master bed as it will get your shin if you aren’t paying attention! 🤣

This is a great location. I come to Hilton Head Island almost every year. This building is right on the beach. There was an issue with the AirBnB app showing this unit on the end near the ocean but the unit is actually in the middle of the building which is actually closer to the ramp for unloading and loading. Kaden was actually more helpful with this issue than the AirBnB customer service so that was amazing. We spent most of our time on the beach and visiting family so the location of the unit wasn’t that big of a deal. Kaden was very quick in responding to all my messages and very helpful to assist with anything. The condo is very stylish and clean. We enjoyed our stay greatly.

I loved the place! Everything from checking in to checking out was so easy thanks to Erin. The walk to the beach was super quick and nice which is what we loved the most! Highly recommend booking this place

This was our second year staying at this resort. The resort has a nice outdoor pool, possibly the best one on the island and easy and private access to the beach. The unit is less than a five minute walk to the beach or pool. The unit is also on the first floor and right next to the parking lot. Makes it easy loading and unloading your car with luggage or groceries. Another benefit is you won’t have people or kids running down the hallway past your door in the middle of the night. We had that problem last year. The room itself is nicely updated with amenities and nice shower. The bathroom has no counter space, but plenty in the living room. The bed is comfortable and the two small bunk beds are comfortable enough for kids. One last thing security does a good job checking people in and patrolling the parking lot throughout the night.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Kimberly's listing. The condo was beautifully decorated and outfitted. The location is just gorgeous and the beach was just perfect. We hope to return!

We’ve been to Hilton Head many times, and this was easily one of the best stays we’ve had. Mike and Leslie’s place was perfect for our family of four—very comfortable, thoughtfully decorated, and in a fantastic location just a short walk to the beach. It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our trip. Communication from both Mike and Leslie was excellent throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend, and we’d definitely love to stay here again!
