Monthly Rentals in Hippie Hill

I just moved to San Francisco and stayed for a month in Phil's studio while I was looking for an apartment. It is the ideal place, it has everything you need to be comfortable (bed in very good condition, sofa to relax, read or watch TV, large desk, full kitchen with all the accessories for cooking, bathroom with large sink and shower with good flow of hot and cold water) also the studio adjoins a nice garden with outdoor furniture, herbs and a lemon tree. The studio has a great location, as it is in a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to supermarkets, pharmacy, banks and streets with plenty of restaurants, stores and places to have a good time. Phil is an excellent hosts, always ready to answer any questions.

would highly recommend the experience!!! the place feels like a home, is quiet and peaceful, and is in a great location with walkability to golden gate park, restaurants, etc. but for me, what made the stay so memorable was ming! she is lovely – funny, accommodating, helpful, and made me feel comfortable and at ease. definitely going to stay with ming next time i’m in SF. can’t recommend the stay enough!

Eva’s place is well located, clean, safe, private, and has good vibes. It’s small and minimally decorated but has thoughtful attention to detail (every time I expected something to be missing from such a small place like a hairdryer, or a towel hook or some shampoo, I was delighted to find it had been thought of and was there). Great peaceful location with delightful gardens in the back. Definitely meant for one person to lay their head at night, not hangout in all day but I would definitely stay there again on another visit to the city. Eva is a responsive and thoughtful host.

Loved Michelle’s place and would stay again! I can’t remember if the description explained that the private bathroom is not ensuite…it’s accessible from the hallway which may be used by other guests. In any case this was not a problem for me. The other guests at the property during my stay were super quiet and respectful! The location was perfect for taking the N train downtown for my work, and for a nice stroll in the park!
