Due to the optimal connection to the highway as well as to the S-Bahn, you are in the city center of Cologne and Düsseldorf in 20 minutes. Within walking distance, you are about 5 minutes from an Edeka market and a casino. The highlight of the region is the water ski resort, which is about 10 minutes away and is visited by many as a day trip.

In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The apartment was newly furnished in the fall of 2021. It is bright and friendly and has its own entrance and its own small terrace. It is located in an idyllic district with half-timbered houses and is close to the center of Leichlingen. Leichlingen is a small town on the edge of the Bergisches Land and easily accessible from Cologne, Düsseldorf and Wuppertal. Bicycles and a parking space can be used. Contactless check-in is also possible.

Welcome to our modern and newly renovated 1-room apartment in Langenfeld for 2-3 people! Perfect for business trips or city trips – thanks to the ideal location between Cologne and Düsseldorf. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a small terrace for use. Two bicycles are also available for free use (e.g. to go to the train station).

Bedroom with double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and large wardrobe, living room with pull-out couch as an additional bed for max. 2 people. As a welcome gift you will find 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of our local beer (Kölsch) per adult in the fridge.

The blinds in the bedroom are electric and can be controlled by the control on the wall. The bathroom can be reached via the communal hallway. There is a bakery right next door and a snack in the immediate vicinity.
