We are in the countryside with beautiful views of the Pilatus chain. Very centrally located. Very nice for walking. Very close to nature. Public transport and shopping are nearby. We are set up for 4 adults. There is a bedroom for 2 people and a sofa bed for 2 people But a family with children are also welcome. We have a garden with seating and a playground. We also have Bobby cars, tractors, etc.

The apartment has a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. For nature lovers and exercise enthusiasts, the area offers numerous hiking trails, biking trails, a courtyard driving range as well as a soccer golf course.

Lake Hallwil and the lakeside resort are a 5-minute walk away. If anyone is interested, we have stand-up paddleboards for rent. You have the kitchen, room and bathroom to yourself and we live on the upper floor of the house.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
