Nice and clean apartment. The renters responded quickly if there were any questions.

We wanted to be in the middle of Grünberg, to experience life and that's how it worked. Just as we had hoped - with a view of the market and always easily accessible. The beds are great! Dorothee has good breakfast tips, coffee is available in the morning just around the corner from 6:00 a.m. / on weekends from 7:00 a.m. Excursion tips were in the room. In any case, the rooms were a good choice.

If I'm around at some point, I'd love to stay here again. Some things gnaw at the ravages of time, but all in all I had everything I needed. 7 out of 5 stars :) Greetings from Bernd

My girlfriend and I had a super nice stay at Florian’s place! The guest house had everything we needed including the garden. Would recommend this place strongly.

We booked very late in the evening for the next day at very short notice. Carolin responded to the reservation request within a very short time and briefly wrote the check-in details. The place was clean and tidy, towels, coffee and tea were provided. There was parking is available right in front of the house. Everything went very positively and smoothly, if we end up in Wallhausen again, we will be happy to come back.

We gave our friends a break for two just before the birth of the twins. The two were incredibly satisfied with the location, kindness and tranquility they were given. The two also responded to a booking problem on our part. Thank you very much for the possibility and for letting them meet the turtle 🐢 Otto, which especially the expectant mom was very raving about. Everything was good

Easy to find , easy check in. Clean apartment. Fruit , some drinks, and snacks complete the program. Off street parking is available to a limited extent. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathroom is nice and comfortable. Comfortable bed in the bedroom. The staircase to the 1st floor maybe with suitcases a little uncomfortable yet feasible. Nice uncomplicated communication with the landlords. We would check back in anytime.

We were on the bike tour to Koblenz and spontaneously stayed at Pamela's place. We were totally surprised by their friendly - and hospitality. We were able to load our expensive bike for free and safely store it in the garage. The wine village is beautifully located on the Rhine, so that we could still walk in the evening. Pamela had had an open ear and informed us about wine events. We will be happy to come back. Thank you Pamela for everything :-)

Very comfortable and practical apartment. Friendly and helpful host. It's great to be able to charge the car at a competitive rate. Supermarket in the vicinity. The front door with code lock of the apartment is on 30A, perhaps clarify on the instructions. See you next!

Small apartment with independent entrance, very quiet and peaceful in an excellent location

The Little Villa was our beautiful, peaceful oasis during a difficult time with a family member in hospital. Only a few minutes' walk away, we kept returning to work, rest, recharge, cook delicious food... Esther and Helmut are the kindest hosts imaginable. We are grateful to them for creating this lovely space and for being so accomodating to our needs.

Everything was as described. Great. Only the Wi-Fi is not very good, but probably due to the technical conditions of the place. We'd love to come back.
