Highlights sind neben den Wohlfühlschlafzimmern mit Panoramablick unter anderem die 2 Bäder (eines mit Waschmaschine), die neue Küche, Fußbodenheizung, der großzügige Gartenbereich mit Terrasse und die Lage am oberen Ortsrand (ohne Durchgangsverkehr), die Wanderungen/Radtouren vom Haus weg ermöglicht.

In der Wintersaison haben wir pro Wohnung ein Skidepot direkt an der Talstation vom Hochzeiger Skigebiet All Inklusive. Das Apartment ist ruhig gelegn mit schönen Spazierwegen. Skigebiete Hochzeiger und Hoch Imst (25 Autominuten) eignen sich gut für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene, zum Teil auch mit Wander- oder Skibus zu erreichen. Lebensmittelgeschäft 10 Autominuten entfernt. Viele Seen in der Umgebung. 6 Autominuten entfernt Ski/Wandergebiet für Kinder. Area 47 in der Nähe. Ruhe und Entspannung für bis zu 2 Personen in einer sehr gemütlichen, sauberen Berghütte auf einem abgeschiedenen Bergbauernhof im Tiroler Pitztal. Eine Bushaltestelle bzw. die Pitztaler Landesstraße sind 2km entfernt, die erste Einkaufsmöglichkeit in 4,5km. Das Schigebiet Hochzeiger ist in 8km erreichbar; der Pitztaler Gletscher in 25km. Haus Kunz is located at the end of Imsterberg. Very quiet, high above the Inn Valley. Our Studio Larsen consists of a large double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, cozy sitting area, shower/toilet, a large terrace with sitting area and grill. Enjoy our new outdoor sauna with mountain panorama! For motorcycles, we have a garage!!!
