The house is situated in a small enclosed vacation home development on the northern shore of the Hohenfelden reservoir. The house is in the second row and the swimming lake can be reached via three different bridges about 50 m away.

The outdoor time in Thuringia is a special retreat between forest and water. Just a few steps from the lake, you can enjoy tranquility, nature and plenty of space. The house offers 2 bedrooms for 6 people, a large kitchen, cozy bedrooms and 3000 m² garden with terrace and fireplace. Ideal for families, friends and dogs. Swimming, SUP, fishing and relaxing evenings indoors or outdoors make this place a time-out where you can just arrive and breathe.

Relax in this special accommodation on the Ilm. On the romantic property with huge meadows and several terraces on the Ilm, you have found the ideal place to spend a relaxing time with friends and family. Sleeping arrangements for 20 people and plenty of room for additional tents are available. You'll have to bring sleeping bags with you. On request we can also provide bedding for €7 (unheated). Between Leipzig, Halle and Naumburg, surrounded by three lakes, lies the small town of Großkayna. We have sleeping places for up to 34 people, a great seminar and event room in a former church with a stage, and a spacious garden. In addition, the house has a fully equipped self-catering kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a common room.
