Our accommodation is located on the second floor of our residential building, directly in the countryside and yet in the popular district of Dellbrück with all the shopping and playground behind the house in the park. Accessible from the airport, city center and trade fair grounds within a few minutes by public transport. Easy walking distance to bus and tram stops. Direct connection to the exhibition center with KVB line 3, to the city center with line 18.

Apartment 1 is 30m2 and has been completely renovated in summer 2016. A kitchenette is fully furnished with dishwasher, hotplates, microwave, as well as a Senseo coffee machine. There are no laundry facilities in this apartment. The light-filled living space is modern and lovingly furnished. A cozy sofa invites you to relax and sleep well in the double bed (width 140 cm). The apartment is facing the countryside on the outskirts of the city and yet close to the tram with quick access to the city center or trade fair. It is a granny apartment above our apartment with its own entrance, parking and balcony. The apartment is especially suitable for 1-2 people, but the couch can be converted into a narrow double bed so that 3-4 people can be accommodated. There is a kitchen that is fully equipped.

The Apartment is located in a northern Suburb of Cologne. It has its own entrance and parking spots are located right in front of the house. Shops, tram and buses are close by. The apartmant has a broad living and dining area with a kitchenet. Additionally, it has a seperated bedroom and a bathroom with shower. All rooms are heated by floor heating. Big windows, TV, WLAN, bedding and towels are also included.
