The approx. 87 m² apartment with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom was completely renovated in 2022. The rooms are bright and modern and all have large windows overlooking the garden. Our comfortable apartment is intended to be a home away from home. The box-spring bed with extra high pocket spring mattresses and premium topper should ensure a good and relaxing night's sleep. The bathroom has been completely renovated as well as the kitchen and the sleeping/living area. The property is suitable for short and long-term stays. There is a guest terrace and a lockable bicycle parking space. Live TV streaming service: waipu tv is included.

The apartment for 1-2 people is about 35 square meters and can be reached via a staircase. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and fridge-freezer combination also has a coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dish towels ready for you. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, hair dryer and towels. The bed is 1.20 x 2.00 m wide, bed linen is included. A private terrace and free parking are available. Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

Holiday barn in Hegau

The apartment is located in a former barn with a stork nest, which has been modernized. The large living and dining area is characterized by a very large ceiling height and plenty of air (4.20 m height). The fully glazed barn door brings light into the room. The bedroom (former cowshed) is located inside and is therefore particularly quiet. Other rooms: kitchen, pantry (spacious storage for suitcases, etc.), hallway, bathroom with walk-in shower.

Welcome to our cozy and quiet place to stay. Enjoy a few relaxing days, let your mind wander. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.
