Gemünden Castle is a former castle from the 13th century, which was converted for residential purposes during the Baroque period. The manor house offers 6 spacious bedrooms with space for up to 6 families and groups up to 12 adults up to 12 adults. 16 people can be accommodated in 5 double beds and on good mattresses. In addition, the building offers spacious common areas. 1 large living and dining room with open fireplace. 1 small salon. 1 large kitchen, 1 library, 1 TV room, 1 sauna for 8 people.

A swimming lake, a climbing forest, an amusement park, the fairy-tale town of Steinau and the former district town of Schlüchtern are in the immediate vicinity and complete the leisure activities.
