Die Reinigungsgebühr von 30€ ist in bar zu hinterlegen. Buchungen ab dem 28.01.26 enthalten diese Kosten.

On our approx. 2000 m² property there are 2 apartments. The roof areas are well insulated from the inside and outside. The apartment is cozy and quiet. All rooms have windows. A car parking space is available on the premises for the apartment. For possibly several cars or vans, there is free public parking nearby. In about 500 m are the S-Bahn station and ferry terminal, as well as the outdoor swimming pool. There are many opportunities for hikes and excursions in the area.

The villa is located directly on the Elbe cycle path. The house has a parking space, a spacious garden, three spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. First floor apartment, with a small entrance area, a bright, friendly full glass door, with a friendly bathroom facing southwest and a large bright room, which gets its special charm from the huge arched window. The view of our private courtyard, with traditional round timber and our beautiful 90-year-old walnut tree. The south side provides bright light flooding. On the southwest side is a small separate sitting area, with barbecue facilities. Renovated in 2022.
