Unsere gemütliche 3 Zimmer Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung in Koblenz Neuendorf in unmittelbarer Nähe des Rheinufers. Sie befindet sich in der 1.Etage und ist bestens ausgestattet. Zum Rheinufer sind es ca. 2 Minuten Fußweg, wo auch öffentliche, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind. Zudem gibt es eine Busanbindung (2/12) in die City, den Sie von der Unterkunft aus in 4 min Fußweg erreichen. Nähe der Bushaltestelle: Bäcker, Döner, Pizza, asiatischer Imbiss.

Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.

We offer you a cozy studio apartment in a house built in 1900. The apartment has an ensuite bathroom and a small kitchenette. ATTENTION!! THE STAIRS TO THE APARTMENT IS VERY STEEP!!! Since the apartment is located under the roof, it can be very warm in the room in the summer. For some cooling in this case, we provide a fan provided. Our house is located in the district Ehrenbreitstein, NOT in the city center of Koblenz!
