Bicycles, canoes, kayaks, sand playground, table tennis table and the sauna with bath and outdoor shower are at your disposal. The guest suite of a private house is located in a quiet rural area 50 km north of Vienna, in Hollabrunn, within a 5 min walk from the train station. Trains run every hour and reach Vienna city centre in 45 min. Hollabrunn is a typical small town in the centre of Austria’s largest wine-growing region (Weinviertel), 20 km south of the border to Czechia. The suite encompasses an entire floor (70m²) with a separate entrance, a courtyard (120m²) and a garden (300m²). Children and pet friendly.

The house has been completely renovated in the last five years and equipped with modern facilities. The garden is a green oasis, a place to slow down. It offers nothing but peace and quiet, a sweeping view over the hills and the surrounding cellar alleys, while nearby Vienna calls for action-filled daytrips.
